This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.
Good communication and friendly and efficient delivery service from Pete and Sal. They demonstrated turning the sofa to a bed and we're very helpful assisting me taking the old sofa to the refuse store for collection.

Could not have asked for anything more. Gave us date then a three window, then updated prior to arriving. Once here Pete and Max P brought our couches in unpacked and removed packaging and were very professional and pleasant despite it being last drop at 830pm having left home at 5am. Well done guys

Carried sofa all the way down the road. It was far. Then manouvered it into the front room and put it together. Impressive strength and technical skills. Nice guys.
Excellent service, great communication and delivered before the estimated date, Pele and Max P were very friendly, took away all the rubbish, placed the sofa bed in the right place. For two guys to of driven over 7 hours in very good spirits an asset to Empire Delivery.
Joseph & Sal smashed it! (Metaphorically that is, the sofa was delivered and installed with great care). Literally made manoeuvring a 4 seater sofa bed into a small Victorian house a breeze. They knew what they were doing and it all took about 10 minutes. Amazing! Thank you
This was the delivery of furniture. I had a call before the delivery at the time it was promised. Sal delivered my furniture, he was very professional, courteous and helpful. He removed all of the packaging and was very quick.

Pete and Charlie did a fantastic job. Sofa bed arrived fully assembled but wouldn't fit through the door due to bed frame and feet. The team disassembled the sofa, got it through and then reassembled inside. Quick and clean job. Thoroughly recommended.
It's not often I get to write a really positive review...Pete and Charlie went that extra mile to deliver our sofa...setting it up and testing the function. Very polite and proffessional at all times. An example to everyone!!!

Pete, Sal and Lewis were exceptional. On a super hot day they brought 3 large sofas and large footstool up the fire escape to our second floor flat as they wouldn’t fit in the lift. The assembly happened quickly and all was very professional. Highly rated. Thank you
