The delivery guys were extremely efficient and helpful. All the packing was removed and the chairs checked over. They arrived on time as arranged and overall Chris V and Mason were very professional.

Gave clear information on expected arrival time. Called prior to arrival. Arrived on time and installed sofabed in the desired location. Showed me how it works and then removed all packaging. Excellent service.

There was nothing wrong with the delivery, but as an off-mainland delivery which was passed on twice to other carriers to complete it would have been helpful to get updates on these and who to contact for further information. Three weeks is a long time to wait and I understand non-mainland deliveries are more complex and take time but I had to do all the chasing to find out where it was several times.

Guys were great. Arrived on time and persevered with difficult access. Only comment (not complaint) was they were probably not allowed enough time to both deliver and assemble the furniture. Would definitely recommend this delivery company. Les

Absolutely loved the Empire Delivery experience! Jonathan and Sal were both professional and good humoured, and did a fantastic job getting my sofa bed in place. They were mindful of the doors and floors and knew details about the furniture company’s return policy. Super guys, super delivery - thank you!

Communication was great and the delivery notice were timly. The guys that delivered the sofa were nice and it was obvious they work hard. It did seem that the work was a little too hard though which made me feel sorry for them.

Excellent service and the team at Empire (Noah, Vince and Pete) were extremely friendly and accommodating. Lots of ETA updates and we highly recommend this company. We would use Empire Delivery again without hesitation.

The gents from Empire Delivery are by the most professional and helpful furniture delivery group I have ever come across. From setting down floor and door protection, assembling the sofa. In addition a very polite bunch. I could not recommend them highly enough!
