This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.
They called 20 min before delivery, as promised. They were respectful with my sofa and handling it in the building. They took the wrapping away with them, Very cheerful staff, courteous and hard working (4 flights of stairs). Well done, Chris Mason!

The delivery from informing me of the expected date to the actual delivery was excellent. I was informed of timings a few days before and well informed in the day if the timing. The call 20 minutes before delivery was excellent and as promised and the delivery guys were very helpful, polite and accommodating with where the parcels needed to go. They were fantastic and a credit to your company.
Chaise sofa delivery was seamless. Chris and Mason arrived when they said they would, they were really friendly and they set up the sofa efficiently. Fantastic! Thank you.

Empire delivery were excellent. They emailed and texted before the day and then texted me early morning in the delivery day to give me a 3 hour window, then texted again to say they were delayed slightly by traffic. They called me 20 mins before delivery. Chris V and Mason were courteous, helpful and efficient in getting the sofa bed in place. They were very respectful of my property They made sure l remembered how to use it and then cleared away all packaging materials. This is 5 star service and l would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Well organised delivery: I was offered a date, a day before received a notification about my timeslot and everything was delivered in time, accurately and with a smile. Job well done!
