This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.
The service was prompt, efficient and professional. The two delivery men were friendly, and well organized. They showed me how to use the sofa bed etc All round excellent service.
The delivery of our new sofas was very efficient. There was regular communication and the delivery was within our allocated time slot. Pete and Sal took care to ensure everything was as we expected. Thank you
Pete and Sal made a fantastic delivery experience for me. They advised they’d be 20 min delayed due to traffic, politely introduced themselves after ringing the door, explained the process, brought the parts of the sofa into the seating room and assembled them in front of me. They built trust by being extremely professional while keeping a warm personal touch, despite this being a long day of delivery (I was the last in their schedule). I’m hugely thankful that they were the ones that picked up my delivery.

The delivery team were polite and very helpful and accommodating. The collection of our 'old' sofa's was completed without fuss, the did have a bit of a challenge removing other goods off the vehicle to gain access to unload our new furniture. Never less, the new furniture was brought into the house and set-up.

Excellent five star service! Polite, considerate of my private space. Very good communication, schedule etc. They packaged the mattress I was returning really quickly and neatly. They placed my cover on the new one (that would have been a bit job for me to do), they took away all rubbish, cardboard and plastic. Fast. Professional. Very impressed.

Communication was accurate and informative. Data were given to suit us. Pete and Sal were very friendly yet professional, taking away all wrapping and also taking the time to make sure that the sofa was correctly assembled and positioned so that we didn't have to lift a finger. Great service.
We were kept upto date from 4pm the day before delivery as promised. Pete and Sal were great. Took care with the delivery, positioned sofa where we wanted, unwrapped, put legs on and took wrapping away. So happy with whole experience. Thanks Guys.

The two drivers, Pete and Sal Were absolutely delightful, friendly, smiling helpful showed me everything took away. The rubbish had a bad time, finding me, but still managed to deliver and greet me with a smile. They could not of been better. Thank you to them and to Empire. Absolutely marvellous delivery.

Absolutely fantastic pair of gentlemen thst delivered my sofas. They went above and beyond to get them through a narrow door and then unpacked them and removed the rubbish absolutely fantastic would highly recommend them 🥰
The gentleman who delivered my sofa were very professional. They brought the sofa up to the room, unpacked, assembled it and took the rubbish away with them. Excellent service! I wish all deliveries were like that.
Pete and Sal were very polite and helpful. They had to install the sofa bed into a low ceiling garage loft conversion and took exceptional care to not hit the ceiling, which was not an easy thing to do. Very pleased with the service

I was offered a delivery date with flexibility and then the day before delivery I was given a reasonable two hour time slot. They came at the agreed time, were very friendly and efficiently put my sofa together. Very happy with the service.
