They did everything spot on

Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were happy and keen to please. the food was wonderful and all the excusions well organised.

The cruise we went on was even better than we could imagine. Great food, great staff and cabin. Superb we would recommend Emerald river cruises to anyone. The only thing I can think to make it even better is to cruise more in the day and enjoy the beautiful scenery rather than sailing at night.

An amazing holiday from start to finish. All the staff were cheerful, attentive and obviously enjoyed the jobs. The food was delicious, varied and plentiful. There was an excellent balance between cruising and land visits.

All arrangements for the cruise were excellent and the cruise itself outstanding in everyway.

Our cruise from Basel to Frankfurt was outstanding, lovely ship, great staff, cruise director and assistant were amazing. Ports of call were superb interesting places and well organised. Going again with Emerald very soon

Food, service, transport and transfers were all of the highest professional standard. Can truly say you are in good safe capable hands here.

Lots of places to visit. Good food. Great staff. Nice cabins, although they should have a hand rail in the shower. Lovely ship, but the air conditioning is too harsh every where, and can be quite cold.

Holidays are always great until they aren’t. Flying from Manchester to Lyon via Frankfurt on Lufthansa doesn’t sound problematic. Unfortunately a passenger was incorrectly boarded at Manchester which delayed us by 40 minutes or so. The knock on effect saw us sprinting (we are over 60 so almost sprinting) through the airport to catch our connecting flight. We made it!😁 Our luggage didn’t 🤨. Thankfully Jana on the Libertè knows this routine inside out and had our luggage delivered the next day In Chalons. She also had our clothes laundered within 60minutes that night so🥳. The test of a good organisation is what they do to remedy mistakes. Emerald passed this test with flying colours, even if the error was Lufthansa’s. The rest of the cruise was great, especially the food! If I coul change one thing, it might be to cut down on the small village stops (Viviers) and spend more time in Lyon!Avignon and Arles where there’s much more to do. Perhaps starting in a halons might be an idea? It’s subjective but would be my preference.

Outstanding service when I found I had contacted. cancer. I as given a credit for my deposit. This was a relief for myself as my wife and I will definitely do another cruise when I am fit again, hopefully next year. Thank you Dave Nicholson

The crew were all excellent, as was the food and comfort on board. I liked that the boat had been designed to sail all the way into Ho Chi Min centre, avoiding a tedious coach journey.

Overall our experience was very positive. Comfortable acommodation, good choice and quality of food and wine with very good service from the excellent enthusiastic team. The itinerary covered three contrasting areas and the included tours had great local guides, although group sizes could have been more proactively managed rather than relying on laissez-faire self selection. Would have liked a selection of cold meat and fish in the lunch buffet as well as at breakfast to construct a simple salad. Unfortunately didn't receive the on-board survey by email so would suggest that this is available via qr code also or after disembarkation.

our recent cruise in may on the duro was brilliant we could not have asked for more the crew on this cruise were fantastic we loved every minute of it they seemed to put their heart and soul into making sure we all enjoyed our holiday and time with them we cant praise them enough.

Our third river cruise with Emerald and a very enjoyable experience from the first 3 days in Lisbon, to joining the ship at Porto.
