Great crew and attention to detail!

Excellent facilities onboard. Crew very attentive. Very interesting places visited and very knowledgeable guides used. A good cross selection of passengers who all socialised well and very friendly. Couldn't fault the cruise at all.

Wonderful staff always ready to help. Good food, drinks and experiences. We had a wonderful week and the weather was lovely.

Fabulous time. Trips overall very good! Food could have been better. Allergies mostly catered for. Deck furniture uncomfortable.

Great staff and their attention to detail, their helpfulness and 'want' to get the service and the presentation right on the night was very good. The itinery was excellent, great venues, destinations, interesting guides and walking tours, the weather helped - it was lovely and sunny & warm. The route down through southern France was a great history lesson and the views across rivers, gorges, wine valleys, old town walls and ramparts was amazing. The captain and his crew were very disciplined but adept at their works, the cabin crew, restaurant and bar very attentive and obliging. We will come back again. Thank you Emerald.

The journey through Vietnam, Cambodia and back to Vietnam, was very memorable. The journey was greatly assisted by the tour Directors, especially Long in northern Vietnam and finally by Duc when going back into southern Vietnam. The content of the holiday was busy, with so many places to go in a relatively short time. HaLong bay was especially memorable, the sun shone for us during the 2 days, we were also very fortunate to have been there a week before the typhoon hit the area. The evening at the water puppet show in Hanoi was amazing, so clever how the puppets were operated by the crew. We were also very fortunate to make up a small group of 11 from the start in Hanoi and we remained together until the end in Saigon, others joined us en route. The Shinta Mani hotel in Siem Reap was fantastic, our second visit to Siem Reap and lucky to have now stayed in both of the Shinta Mani hotels. The cruise on Emerald Harmony was fantastic, the customer facing crew were absolutely on the ball, nothing was too much effort. The food was superb throughout the cruise. The daily trips to local villages and peoples homes was very well put together. Overall a journey that will stay in my memory for a long time. Well done Emerald for putting a great holiday package together.

Beautiful, immaculately kept ship. All the staff from the cleaners to the captain were wonderful hosts.

A very tailored and organised cruise. everything was included so did not have to think about hidden extras. Saw lots of interesting places and a nicely busy holiday. The ship/boat was immaculate and clean . All staff were excellent in every way . Food was faultless and the staff to passenger ratio very high so always plenty of staff on hand in the restaurant, cabin cleaning and everywhere else.

Our Emerald experience was as always, a joy to be a part of! Getting off vessel via other vessels proved not the best experience , so we wondered how can this traffic be otherwise managed? I was very slow, so held others up so perhaps ‘slow groups should rejoin last? We thank Enerald for exceptional care of everyone, cabins a joy, food was honestly amazing, that is every course every meal had such blends of flavours beyond many restaurants on terra firma !!! Crew to the last person had one aim,HAPPINESS IN CARE! How we wish we could have many more!!! Thank you every single person on board without exception.🙏😘🌹🙏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We went on a reduced price but the experience was still wonderful . The staff were attentive and kind . They seemed really interested in their passengers. Only ‘gripe’ was that we could not hear the PA system in the cabins so often missed important announcements.

Everything about the river cruise was perfect. Excellent accommodation and first class food every day. Most of the day excursions were good. Would certainly do it again.

food high standard; tours well run;3 day add on was very well organised and tour rep was of the highest quality. the only slight downside was the boat was full with 179 people which made the main lounge too cramped for talks and the hotel was up a very steep hill from where the coach had to drop you off

We had a wonderful 8 days with Emerald Cruises, it was our first river cruise and the organisation was superb from booking to returning home. The staff on the ship were all amazing, without exageration. The trips ashore were very impressive clearly the guides were well selected friendly informative and so knowledgable. The cabins are immaculate and although compact as you would expect, you do. It feel cramped at all. The cruise director and entertainment, Darren and Chrissy were very good, the staff in the restaurant and bar were kind polite and we had a very relaxed experience with plenty of laughs along the way. The food was well above my expectations, I love my food and every meal I was impressed, we even had the winner of the French master chef cook one evening and then came around each table for a chat. As you can guess from my gushing we loved it and will we be back …. Oh yes.

The ship was excellent as were the crew and the tour director. The food was wonderful even if there was a lot of it.
