Our flights were cancelled due to power failure at Manchester airport. Emerald sorted everything they were amazing! Sadly it meant we missed 2 days of our cruise but the other 5 days made up for it. Well done Emerald for making customer service priority. Would definitely recommend this company. We have been with them twice and it won't be the last hopefully!

Great river cruising in stylish boats. However, quite expensive for slightly cramped cabins. Also, dislike their advertising which I consider tends to be misleading (but that’s not unusual these days)

Great river cruise from Bucharest to Budapest. Food excellent. Staff superb. Good excursions and entertainment. Our 3rd river cruise with Emerald and we will be booking another one sometime.

Great service and very helpful crew , great food and drinks - overall excellent value

The standard of service is excellent. The itineraries are well thought out with excellent guides. The crew are amazingly friendly and helpful. The ships are maintained to a very high standard and cabins extremely comfortable. We honestly can’t fault the Emerald experience. We enjoy it so much we have cruised with them four times (so far)

All the staff were focused on the customers enjoying their cruise

Our first cruise with Ambassador, departing Liverpool on Ambition to the Faroe Islands. Excellent balcony cabin. We have been on numerous other cruise lines and found Ambassador to be very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening shows which we thought we're excellent.

Everything was lovely on the Danube Delights Cruise. The food, drinks, staff and entertainment were excellent. The towns and cities we visited were great, activities were varied and designed to suit guests.

All excellent Staff food trips

It’s difficult to find anything to fault. The organisation, staff, food and cleanliness on board are excellent. The trips and walks are well guided. We enjoy the way the Emerald crew help to engender a community atmosphere on board.

All went as planned & we had a wonderful time. Staff excellent as always.

Service was good and the staff were mostly helpful. Tours were good except for one. Rooms were very clean. Shame I caught Covid on the boat and had to isolate for a while as did other people but staff refused to accept that people had it.

The staff were all excellent and very helpful and pleasant. 90 % of the venues were great.The food and cabins excellent and everywhere exceptionally clean.

The Rhine river cruise last November was fantastic - brilliant staff, beautiful cabin, delicious food and fabulous days in wonderful locations.

Emerald simply provide a class experience. Comfortable cabins, great food, drink & onboard experience + interesting excursions. A great way to spend a week - or more.

Excellent cruise ship and accommodation. Quality of food first rate and soul challenge a Michelin star restaurant. Attentive and friendly staff plus interesting port stops.

The last river cruise on the Duoro was on a slightly smaller boat & was more intimate & we made so many friends. This was our fourth with Emerald & as always the housekeeping etc was a very high service, the meals superb & the entertainment rich & varied. Excellent!
