Well organized and fun. Very informative and safe for high school student to attend. They had a blast and enjoyed every moment of the tour and experience! The free time provided along with the scheduled tours of castles and other sites was perfect!

Raul, our EF tour guide was absolutely perfect. He thought of everything, had great rapport with all our high schoolers and demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the people and places we visited.

It was for my son and his school group.

Our high school group was paired with an adult group and they didn't want to do most of the side tours. They wanted to hit the bars as soon as possible. I feel that my overall experience was very negatively impacted by this. I also missed out on a swiss fondue event that I didn't get a refund for since we didn't have enough people.

First of all, EF Tours gave us a wonderful opportunity to send our daughter on this trip of a lifetime. Buy with everything going on in the world right now, especially other countries not liking Americans, we felt confident that she would be safe on this trip. The best part that eased our minds was the Tour Guide being with them the whole time. It wasn’t the teacher planning and setting up this trip, EF Tours does all the heavy lifting. So thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the children.

This was an amazing trip. I had many memorable moments with my friends and teachers, and I would be thrilled to go on another EF tour. Everything was planned out very well, and the activities were very fun.

The experience was great with the activities, but a lot of times there was very little time to have lunch and things were rushed. Also the things on itinerary were not always what we did (times were off).

What a fabulous, once in a lifetime trip! We visited Pais, Normandy and Brittany. The tour guide was knowledgeable, fun and kept the teens engaged with his wit and banter. Even our bus driver was amazing. The kids liked him so much they insisted on a group photo with him. The number of venues we saw was perfect and time for shopping was built in. We experienced so many beautiful sites and managed to hit all the highlights ex. Notre-Dame Cathedral, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Mount St. Michel, the Louvre, a Seine River cruise, Normandy, Big Ben, Westminster Abby, Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, - and that's not even everything. It was inspiring to see these kids interact in a manner which I'd not seen before. Kids who'd never even spoken to each other at school became fast friends during this trip. Our guide taught us enough French language to be able to manage on our own. I've never seen so many kids "NOT ON THEIR PHONES", the exception being for photos of course. I heard one young man remark that he had 2200 new photos on this phone from the trip. We trip was so positive and we had such a great time that we are planning on going again for my son's senior year.

The whole process was smooth. Very good customer service. My son had a great experience.

The accommodations were horrible, small, out of the way and one place had no staff when the group arrived late and they had to wait outside for almost 2 hours for someone to get their rooms figured out. The hotels and rooms they stayed were at least an hour from the places on the itinerary they were to visit, so late nights and very early mornings.

Overall good experience. Meals were probably biggest reason for a 4 vs 5 star experience. Also some activities didn’t happen as promised. That being said, I do love using EF and will continue to travel.

My 15 year old son had a great trip and a once in a lifetime experience!! I am so glad we chose to do the trip to Costa Rica!

What an amazing trip! I was so fortunate to have an amazing tour, director and tour guide guides that truly made the trip special! They answered all of our questions and there were a lot! Our original itinerary changed. We ended up doing the shorter one, which did not include seeing the daily life that live there. But our tour director created a meaningful experience that gave us eyes into a behind-the-scenes look into their culture. It went above and beyond my expectations.

This is the second tour my son has taken with EF Tours! From start to finish, everything was incredibly easy, organized, and well planned. Last year, my son traveled to Greece with them, and this year he went to Australia. He couldn't have had more fun! Next year, he will be joining them for tours in Korea/Japan. We love EF Tours! Also, shout out to his amazing teacher who chaperoned the group! Mr.Tarula is the best!

EF Tours is great about making all the travel arrangements. This is my son's 3rd EF Tours Adventure. Some feedback he provided on this most recent trip: too many all day bus rides. This took away from the experience, especially based on the cost. Switzerland was great. Could have done with less days in Italy. The cities were incredibly too crowded, which took away from the experience. France was wonderful. Swimming in Nice was a highlight. The group dinners were not appetizing and were often not eaten which forced more food to be individually purchased. Recommend taking more spending money than you think you need for food and souvenirs.

My son and I went on a 9 day trip to Japan. The sights and experiences were amazing and once in a lifetime. The reason I gave 3 stars was because the trip was unnecessarily exhausting. Our tour guide was walking at such a fast pace that most of the group were unable to keep up. It was 85-95 degrees and was draining to walk so quickly in between sights. I understand the need for efficiency but the speed of the guide made the trip miserable. There was no time to stop and take a picture, tie your show, or take a drink of water. While talking with other people I’ve heard this is very common with these tours. While I value what we were able to see and do I would not go on another EF tour because of the urgency to keep pace with the our itinerary.

My daughter went on the Capitals of the British Isles tour recently. She said the tour guide Emilio was wonderful and made things fun. However, her group had problems with the organization of activities. They were combined with another group from Louisiana. The Louisiana group got to see things such as the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, but her group did not. They had a lot of unscheduled down time. Even her group leader, who had been on several EF trips, said this was the most unorganized trip she had been on. It was difficult for the group leader to get clear answers from EF about questions prior to the trip.
