Avoid this company at all costs or it will cost you
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.

From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly.
We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant.
The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office.
All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Grant Application Process SLOW (Get it resolved now)
I had solar PV installed in mid-November with Ecoplex. Here’s my experience with them:
The sales representative visited my home, addressed all my concerns, and informed me about the progress.
The installation took place in very cold weather, and I appreciate the installation team for completing their work.
Overall, I had no issues with the sales representative (Gerry) or the installation team; that part was smooth. However, the grant application process has been very frustrating.
The BER inspector came to my home in mid-January. It has now been 15 weeks, and the grant application has still not been submitted, even though I was told it would be done in 4-6 weeks.
I emailed, texted, and called Ecoplex regularly for the past three months, but there was no progress on the grant application, which was not been submitted on the SEAI portal until 1st of March.
After my review comment on 18th February 2025. Stephen from the Ecoplex operational team reached me, complete the documentations required and get this issue resolved immediately.
Great experience, from the sale, to the instal, and aftercare team.
The electricians and roofers were great and very knowledgeable they answered all my queries and were able to talk me through the whole system.
Any questions I had after the instal I was able to raise with the customer service team and they were incredibly helpful.
Had my install Early January. Lads on the day were great. Rafa and Ian walked me through the plan for the panels and the install of the electrics.
Had no issues until after the storm. Phoned in and Leon called me back within a day to sort my issues. Excellent after care support.
Can’t recommend them enough.
Excellent installation and system is very user friendly
We had our installation on Thursday last week. We are delighted with the system now that the electrician has been and we can clearly see what we're generating, what our usage is, what the battery is drawing and what we are feeding back to the grid and the sun isn't even shining!
