Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the β¬1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. Iβd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I found installers, both the roofers and the electrical teams to be excellent. I could not have asked for more. They were so courteous, each introduced themselves at the start. Their attitude, advice and standard of work was superb and they left the place neat and tidy, excellent all round. Sorry I can't remember all the names but those I do were Denis, Faruk and Adam

Great experience with Ecoplex from the initial consultation to the installation. It was very fast efficient and hassle-free. The price was competitive and the team were easy to deal with and responsive.

Had some issues with charger , but Brendan in Operations was quickly able to help me resolve the issues i faced. He helped escalate situation with wallbox and got his engineers to come help me. Thanks again for the support

Had a problem with the Eddi error "Grid Ct Lost" and the Zappi would not charge the car. Called Ecoplex to report the problem and Leon called back the next day Talked me through a fix for the Eddi issue to connect with the Harvi. He was helpful and patient to explain the steps on the settings to check and change. I discovered a setting on my EV was incorrect also. Leon provided good support.

Contemplated 4 star review.. 3.5 is probably fair. Salesman was very good and clear but after installation he refused to answer my calls or respond to my emails about an installation issue. I rang and emailed the head office and they were very efficient at fixing the problem. The installation teams did a good job and I was happy with Ecoplex except for the salesman and accounts department who tried to pressure me into paying final installment before they fixed installation problems and completed the paperwork for the grant application. I received 3 emails regarding payments before I received an email to fix my installation problem. I would question their after sales and customer service and it is something they should work on. The grant team were excellent and completed all queries promptly. I would give the salesman 1 star, the installation teams 4 stars and the customer service 3 star. I'm not sure I could recommend them to a friend.

From Sale to Install it was a breeze. The sales man who came was very knowledgeable and advised where best to install the system to ensure its max potential We had thermal panels on the roof and Ecoplex had a plumber come and decommission them and remove them the day before install. No other installer offered this service. This allowed us room for 2 more panels as we got the Hot water Diverter. Both install crews (roofing and electric ) came on time and were extremely professional and tidy. One of the electricians ran me through all the apps before they left. I received a call the next morning from a member of operations department to ensure I was happy with everything before he signed off on the job. From start to end this process was efficient and professional and I've already recommended friends. A job well done.

My husband and I decided to install both Solar Panels & EV Charger back in May & June 2024. Pre Sales & Installment worked incredibly well and we were happy and impressed, Post Installment we dealt with a few people, needing help with the grant and the first use of the solar app and all Ecoplex staff have been very eager to help. Special thanks to Stephen and SΓ©an who fixed an issue we had literally same day! Incredibly impressed by how quickly we got help with this. Thanks a lot!
