Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent service as always from the wonderful technical team led by Leon. I am delighted with my solar panels which I had installed last February. When I changed my WiFi service I had difficulty using my app . I feel I am always treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. The issue was sorted today. I am really grateful for the help which was a result of changing providers and strictly not within their remit at all . I cannot recommend this company highly enough .

We learned about Ecoplex from our neighbour who was a previous customer and happy to recommend them. We were in contact with many different solar providers but found Ecoplex were immediate to respond, very friendly and simply couldn’t be beaten on price. We updated our solar panel order several times and each time they were happy to give us a new deal, as opposed to an extra charge for an extra product. They have a lot of good people working for them. Really friendly, helpful and down to earth people. They were quick to install and the electricians in particular were so dedicated, listening to our requests and staying late to get everything perfect. A few days after installation, storm Éowyn hit and one or two slates came loose. I let Ecoplex know and the next day they had the roofers come out and fix them. I have heard from different sources they are the top solar provider in the country at the moment I’d be inclined to agree. Well done to all the Ecoplex team.

Richard Sheridan, the sales director is very good to deal with and the support team are really very nice, efficient and reliable. Had an install done recently from Ecoplex Energy and I have to say I am so pleased with the system. From the original call and survey to the installers arriving on the day, I found the entire process went smooth and as described from the offer. I just had a slight problem with the vibration on my roof and the support team immediately came and added a bracket to hold the solar panel better because the strong wind is bouncing from the wall of my neighbour. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solar system installation.

Carlos the sale rep was excellent at explaining everything, followed up on all my emails & calls promptly. We had an issue where only one battery was installed instead of two but the company sent someone out that weekend to rectify the mistake. The SEAI was all managed by the company very efficently. My only gripe was having to waiting 12weeks to get BER done which delayed getting our grant money back.

Very satisfied doing business with them, from sales to installation. Sales rep (Amina Ibrahimi) is super supportive and responds to ALL queries quickly. The installation team did a professional job setting up the system. They have provided the best offer (price and equipment) in the market after shopping for a while. Closed the deal on a Monday, installation and all system up on a Thursday. Highly recommended!!!

Cant recommend these guys enough. They fitted my Wallbox charger just over a year ago and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately the charger developed an issue and was outside Ecoplex warranty. Wallbox were extremely poor in Service but the guys in Ecoplex stepped up and fixed the issue and replaced the charger. Thanks especially to Emer and Ciara and the two Technicians
