Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am very happy with the Ecoplex. All installation work was carried out on time and at a high quality. The installation team was super efficient and all lads worked a Team. The Support Service was absolutely brilliant, and all my questions were answered before installation and and promptly followed after. Just waiting for the paperwork to receive the Grant payment, which should not be a problem.

Had a Zappi EV charger installed so can't comment on their solar installation. Great experience from start to finish, with very friendly and helpful sales and installation staff. The day of installation was on time and efficient I had taken the day off work and he rang beforehand to arrange a time William did a very neat and professional install including the config of the Zappi and App. The charger is working perfectly. Very professional team to deal with and would recommend

My advice is not to use them as their customer care/support is extremely poor. I have to admit, my case was not straight forward but this is not an excuse how things have been handled. I required documentation for approval from my management company which Ecoplex agree to complete. From the beginning they did not do things right. I had to follow up regularly as Ecoplex never contacted me and in the end the the first version of the documentation was returned without providing what was requested. That was not a problem and to help them I provided content to be simply put in the document. More I went ahead and validated all details need to be provided. They have never completed the documentation fully, even after I followed regularly with them. After 2 months wasting my time with them I had to stop any interaction with them as they do not care about their customers.
