Put on the wrong plan initially, but it all worked out
I signed up to a plan in January but was accidentally put onto a different plan. I discovered the mistake in April and after a couple of weeks of back and forth, and recalculating the amounts I should have been charged, I was put onto the right plan and refunded the difference. The customer service team were helpful, particular Ajay. Of course it should never have happened but these things can happen and ultimately everything worked out fine. I’d be happy to sign up again.
