Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We were recommended to use Ecoplex by our neighbours for our solar panel installation. We were very happy with the service and the employees we encountered. Emer was courteous and professional in her initial discussions with us and the installation teams (Denis and his colleague) and others who came afterwards were knowledgeable, helpful and exceptionally tidy. We had some problems following the "big storm" with some leaking from the roof but a team were out quickly and fixed the problem. Similarly my navigation of the apps was clumsy but the customer service team were patient and helpful. The only thing that really did annoy me was not being able to contact anyone through customer service on a weekend - it isn't manned and this is unfortunate - maybe something to consider in next budget plans!!!

Fantastic experience with Ecoplex fitting our solar panels after they fitted our car charger over two years ago . Can't recommend Ecoplex enough entire process was easy and the quality of the product excellent . Installation team very professional and courteous both the electricians and the roofers . The team back at the office dealt with all of the admin on our behalf and made the entire process easy in relation to government grants etc . Communication from the begining to the end of the process was excellent. If you are thinking solar or car charger ecoplex makes it easy and for a very competitive price as I had checked with a few other companies initially

Inverter for repaired and now my system is failing with the error Fail Safe and I need reboot the implant everytimes. I'm waiting for a response from their support on this matter and I'm quite frustrated as I see only issues from last year after installing 12 panels. Edit: they take care of the issue and monitor for a while. No more issue so far.

From the moment I called Ecoplex I got a fantastic young lady called Sive Walsh. We have nothing but Appreciation and thanks for the way Sive handled everything from the first Survey to Installition day. It's been almost a year now and Sive has contacted me a few times to see if everything is running smoothly. My Father also Contracted with Sive and Ecoplex and is very happy. Excellent. All went well from the initial contact to the installation and final finishes. Ecoplex were recommended to me by a friend who was also very satisfied with them. I dealt with many of their staff including quoting / design, roofing installation, electrical, SEAI grant, customer service and others- they were all very professional and helpful. Seems to be a very well run operation.

Had to call out Ecoplex as my Eddi stopped working, only took a couple of days from my email to having the new eddi fitted. The electrician that came out was great, set everything back up for us. To me, after sales service is very important and ecoplex have been excellent in that regard. They did our install in June 2024 which also went very well.
