Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great sales process, once I paid the deposit it was less than a week and they had it installed. Electrician explained the app to me, the app worked from the minute it was switched on, looking forward to seeing the savings roll in.

I contacted Ecoplex Energy Solutions originally through social media and within 2 days I got a call from a lovely young man called Kevin. He answered all of my questions about the installation of Solar Panels and then referred me for a site survey to see how viable it would be for my household. Gerard carried out the survey 2-3 days later again very prompt. He explained how many panels I could fit and ran through the costs etc. As my house is quite old the Electric meter is located within a garage conversion which would mean extensive chasing of cables to access it from my attic, however Gerard assured me he would do his best to conceal the cables and avoid as much disruption as possible. Gerards' reassurance also added to the deciding factor of choosing Ecoplex as another company told me I would just have to deal with the cables if I wanted panels. On the morning of installation I had 2 electricians arrive just before 9am at my house to start the cable process and to say my anxiety was high was an understatement. I cant speak highly enough of Arron & Josh as they found the perfect route to access the meter with little or no damage to my home. 10/10 for that alone. They stayed until 8pm that evening to complete the job. I had one small issue following installation (very few jobs in life are straightforward) and again Kevin was on hand to get it resolved as quick as possible for me. From start to finish I would highly recommend Ecoplex and especially ALL OF THE STAFF, their customer service is excellent. Audrey
