I was waiting weeks to get pay, ever since they came up with this verification process. Thought of ending my contract early. But my account manager was changed to KATELYN HERBERT and I get my money the same day. She responds to my emails in no time. Getting me my money on time. I can tell she’s working to get things done. Previous manager wasn’t. She’s great.

We are experiencing a set back, we sent an invoice in on Monday and today is Thursday. We still haven't received payment, but we did receive some ineligible invoice charges. Our account is in the negative and we've been on the road for over a month. 😭 They have not explained why. Only that there hasn't been verification. I spoke with RTS which is the company to verify with and they have not heard from Ecapital. 🤨 Also every few months they have Technical issues which hold things up even more. Please keep track of all invoices put in and email copies for your protection.

Honestly, we have a Non Recourse account and we were charged back for a broker that didn’t pay. This is what we pay E Capital extra for, to protect us from this. E Capital is not honoring our agreement and I would advise others to shop around before committing to them. No telephone communication at all.

I did have some ongoing issues with getting invoices verified but ever since KATELYN HERBERT has come on board as my account manager - everything has been smooth sailing. Katelyn has been a gem to work with, and with her on the team, we get all our invoices paid on time, as well as any issues we have handled in an efficient manner. If you join eCapital, I highly recommend asking for Katelyn!
I've been with this company since 2018 and it has been a up hill battle. My resent issue is getting my funds released, the Broker mailed a check on the 10 of Feb and they claimed that they haven't reviewed it yet. It doesn't take 3 weeks for a check to get from MS to Dallas, TX. I have funds that are being held up on the count of this. I can only imagine the fees that are going to come with this. I've noticed a lot of unexplainable fees and that I've yet to get a answer on.
