Best customer service and whenever I need help Ashley Black my account manager always helped me to resolve any issue regarding invoices. Sometime i have confusion but she always explain how and why its happened. Sometime i have lots of questions in a day and i feel like i am bothering her by asking again and again but she always help me and give me a solution without complaining. I appreciate her efforts, patience, and her positive attitude. Best manager and i appreciate her work.

I asked to have someone reach out about canceling and was told there is a fee. They charge you a fee to setup, fees to transfer your money and a fee to close. This company will bleed you dry. DO NOT USE THEM. They lie to get you to sign up. Use quickpay from a broker versus signing up.

We are with Ecapital from 5 years. We were little disappointed previously due to some reason and thought to switch factoring but when Deepinder Randhawa assigned as manager, our thoughts changed. This company is one of the worst ever.... the have such a bad communication with each other and with there clients,, i have been trying to close my account with them but they are making it so difficult , even i have send my Cancelation form before my contract is due they still are making this Very difficult... I just hate working with this company... Don't apply to this company...

There were funding issues with the Portal for eCapital, but Darlene assured us that we would be taken care of. She processed our request right away!

The company worked well initially but will put you in a major predicament because funding made available on your invoices will withdraw at any time without notice. The don't care how this impacts on you and even written agreements are not honoured. Not the best factoring company if you're needing money and its more expensive than comparative companies.

I’ve had eCapital now for over a year. I’ve had constant issues with my account and I’m now on my 4th or 5th account manager. Who by the way hasn’t responded to my emails for days. I’m having the same issues another reviewer had and I also had negative balance out of nowhere. It makes zero sense. The fees for their services are deducted from your account and I’m not able to withdrawal more than what’s in my account. On top of that, I submit multiple invoices per month. Sometimes multiple invoices per week. I pay extra for expedited service and it takes 2-3 days which is standard and they’re keeping the extra money I pay for expedited services for standard or less than standard service. It seems there’s always an issue, mistakes, invoices in review or ineligible. (95%) of my invoices are from the same customer!! I’m beyond annoyed and aggravated with eCapital and their constant inconsistency. Having to deal with issues and send multiple emails to my “account manager” while on the road has taken its toll. I need a factoring company that can handle multiple loads per week and provide funding very quickly. ECapital is not going to be my factoring company moving forward. They’ve made so much money off me and I feel like I’m getting ripped off. They charge their rate for service then charge you $9.00 to transfer from your account to your bank. I don’t even want to know how much I’ve paid them over the year for ACH Transfers over the year. I’m done with ECapital. There has to be better companies out there who won’t leave me in the dark like this. This is my first review it’s taken this long for me to say anything publicly but I’ve voiced my opinion to my account manager(s) over the year period. Seems like they could care less if I take my services elsewhere. So that’s what I’ll do. They still owe me money and zero communication from my acct manager is not a good feeling.
