If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would The driver left my food at the wrong address... then told me I was close and could go get it... then ultimately could understand my simple instructions as to where I was and canceled my order. Terrible experience I will not be using eat street again

My order was cancelled

My order was cancelled, but not until 15 minutes after my food was supposed to arrive. I did not receive a call or text message about it. I had to call and ask what was going on and they told my order had been cancelled, and they had sent me an email about it. By the time I knew what had happened my lunch break was over. Oh well, at least I didn't have to pay their high prices.

Ordered food and waited an hour

Ordered food and waited an hour, which I normal but it got delivered to the wrong address. Someone must have accepted it and we got a refund but ended up not getting food because it got to late and all restaurants closed in my area...

This is the 6th time I have ordered…

This is the 6th time I have ordered three east street and my order is never ready when they say. This last time I ordered I ordered and paid in advance and my the place I ordered from didn't even have my order. Terrible customer service and I will never order from eatstreet again. I expect a full refund from a order that was never placed "again" !!!!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would, I had the worst experience with EatStreet due to lack of cleanliness. I feel Utterly disgusted. I ordered from a local shmittys in town “fond du lac, Wi” wonderful food. When my delivery driver “ hope” delivered our food the bag wasn’t sealed, we ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches one with criss cross fries and potatoes salad, and terryiaki boneless wings, witch only had 7 in them.?! We called shmittys to see, shmittys said they were gonna contact the delivery driver, shortly after we received a call from shmittys stating the manager of the evening specifically packed the bag and that everything was in it, as well as they sealed the bag with a tie. So we contacted the driver and we received no response. So we reached out to EatStreet, we got in touch with “Emily” and she said that they were going to refund us are 33$, witch they did. But moral of the story here, how disgusting is it for a delivery driver to dig in ones food, especially during this pandemic.? I’m absolutely mind blown right now. Hopefully no one else has to go through this. I’m hoping that neither me or my boyfriend get sick from this.

First and last time using them

First and last time using them. Ordered an expensive pizza (total bill $33) and never came. Contacted EatStreet, over an hour still nothing from them. Finally found a very cold pizza sitting on our front step. Never rang the doorbell or called to let us know it had been delivered. VERY POOR SERVICE !

I have had two bad orders from this…

I have had two bad orders from this company. The first is when they didnt delivery my food, I called the restaurant they said I am so sorry would you like to pick it up... well after waiting an hour and getting a delivery confirmation email sent to me. I decided to do just that. As it happen I showed up right behind the delivery driver walking in to pick it up ?!?!?!?! I was confused and angry but it is just one instance. So give it another go. The second time I just use eat-street to order online from a local Japanese restaurant that doesn't have their own online system. I walk in there having paid online for my expensive sushi, only to be told by the nice gal behind the counter that had I called in the order it would have been about $30.00 less. So... I paid someone at eat-street $30.00 to order my food, and then I spent time and money to drive myself to get it!!!

Failed to order at the restaurant--but charged us!

Do not order using eatstreet. We used them to order delivery at a local restaurant. We ordered three pizzas for delivery. After an hour, we called and found out that the order never came to the restaurant. We called Chase and our credit card had been charged $60 and told it had the appearance of fraud. Chase cancelled that credit card number and is sending us new cards. Problem is that our account is linked to at least a dozen auto-pay and other accounts and we will send hours updating those organizations. Thanks so much EatStreet! You are a terrible service provider.

Annoyed and scared!!!

forget the drivers name and it won't let me see/review previous orders. today's driver decided to wait outside my house for 20 minutes after I texted thank you. he was honking multiple times, looking through my window, and calling my cell multiple times. mind you I am 16 years old and was home alone, and was terrified of this 30-year-old man nearly harassing me. The food itself was good but cold because I was too scared to walk outside. I was also on a call for summer school and was extremely bothered.

I ordered from burger king on Erie ave

I ordered from burger king on Erie ave. The food took a long time to come and was cold when I received it. I ordered kids meals for my kids and they didn't have the fries in there that I ordered. I ordered onion rings with my sandwich and didn't receive them as well. I ordered an impossible whopper with cheese and didn't receive cheese on it either. I had to run out and spend more money to feed my kids the rest of their meal. In the long run I ended up paying double for my food. Very DISAPPOINTED

4 times my delivery time has changed.

4 times my delivery time has changed. In the meantime, the restaurant has my order ready for pick up for hour. At least with am not impressed! When it was finally delivered, it did not have my drinks. At least the other delivery agencies notify me if they are delayed.

My food was left on the floor...

A little disappointed in my delivery today. I understand no contact means no contact but leaving my food in the lobby of my apartment building without any notification at all. The driver, Alex, must have met someone else from my apartment building at the door and just left my food ON THE FLOOR of the lobby. If I didn't wonder if they were lost and went to go check I would have never known my food was here. I'm not even sure how long it had been there. They could have at least rang my apartment #. Not too pleased.

Not satisfied

I was not happy with the service from Eat Street the last 2 times I’ve ordered with them, one of which was an order from earlier today. Today is the second time where I did not receive my order. I contacted 2 different people on the live chat about it and the first person told me that because of the pandemic, orders are delayed and will sometimes say “delivered” although they aren’t actually delivered. She told me to wait 15-20 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes and still received nothing. I contacted the live chat again and a different person told me that they would contact someone from the “relevant team” to contact the driver. She then said that I would be contacted by someone about the issue. I waited another hour and didn’t hear anything. I then had to contact the live chat AGAIN and finally the person I talked to provided me with a refund. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is the second time I never received my order and that I had to go through the frustrations of talking with multiple people on the live chat who clearly gave false information and didn’t know what they were talking about. At this point I’m done using EatStreet and will use other places for food delivery services because this service is unacceptable and dissatisfying.

Do not use this service....

Thank you for ruining our family breakfast.  Your online ordering service is terrible.  Maybe if you guys actually had the ordering set up correctly, we could have got what we ordered.  And yes it was 100% your ordering service screw up.  Potatoes come with the custom skillet, but yet your terrible ordering service does not give an option to select a potato.  Also we never got onion rings that were ordered.  Another thing you can take the $5 refund on google play you offered us and shove it directly up your stupid asses.  Last time we will ever use your terrible ordering service.  Leave it to a third party to screw up and blame the restraunt.

Incorrectly flagged as fraudulent/banned

Tried to make an order, which then said my account has been flagged as fraudulent. I contacted customer chat support and asked why and they couldn't tell me why and instead said they'd escalate my info to superior but would have to wait an unknown amount of time for a response from them... I mentioned this was causing me to lose the limited time I had been given for my new account to make free deliveries and they pretty much said they didn't care and wouldn't be giving me that time back. I logged out of my account and tried to make a new one with a different credit card thinking maybe that was the issue, but they wouldn't allow that account to make an order either. When I tried to sign in to my original account I could no longer even sign in to that one since they marked it as banned. Still have gotten no response from the "superior" I was told I'd be getting an email response from, and can no longer use the app at all thanks to this. Terrible customer service. I should be able to validate my profile immediately once I got a hold of a customer service rep...

I have had two terrible experiences…

I have had two terrible experiences with eatstreet the last couple weeks. The first order arrived straight cold. Then the second order came and was missing my drink and dessert! I emailed them about both, was told I'd get $2 for the first, then a refund for the missing items in full, then I get another email saying your account will be refunded 3.95 within two business days, which is only the cost of the drink, and I haven't even gotten any refunds! I sent another message and have heard nothing in days except for a thanks for doing our survey message, when I didn't even do a survey. Will never, EVER, use this service again.

I had to pick up my delivery.

Order had no tracking or I would have known that the resturant didn't start cooking my order until a hour after I had placed my order. I had to go pick up my order and couldn't find anything other than an email in order to contact eatstreet about refunding my delivery fee. Hope the refund isn't as slow and poorly executed as the delivery!

Super slow service

It took an hour for my food to be delivered and there was no updates on the delays. Then when the delivery driver got to my place they claimed they couldn’t get ahold of me which they never tried to do.
