Incorrectly flagged as fraudulent/banned
Tried to make an order, which then said my account has been flagged as fraudulent. I contacted customer chat support and asked why and they couldn't tell me why and instead said they'd escalate my info to superior but would have to wait an unknown amount of time for a response from them... I mentioned this was causing me to lose the limited time I had been given for my new account to make free deliveries and they pretty much said they didn't care and wouldn't be giving me that time back. I logged out of my account and tried to make a new one with a different credit card thinking maybe that was the issue, but they wouldn't allow that account to make an order either. When I tried to sign in to my original account I could no longer even sign in to that one since they marked it as banned. Still have gotten no response from the "superior" I was told I'd be getting an email response from, and can no longer use the app at all thanks to this. Terrible customer service. I should be able to validate my profile immediately once I got a hold of a customer service rep...
