I was not happy with the service from Eat Street the last 2 times I’ve ordered with them, one of which was an order from earlier today. Today is the second time where I did not receive my order. I contacted 2 different people on the live chat about it and the first person told me that because of the pandemic, orders are delayed and will sometimes say “delivered” although they aren’t actually delivered. She told me to wait 15-20 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes and still received nothing. I contacted the live chat again and a different person told me that they would contact someone from the “relevant team” to contact the driver. She then said that I would be contacted by someone about the issue. I waited another hour and didn’t hear anything. I then had to contact the live chat AGAIN and finally the person I talked to provided me with a refund. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is the second time I never received my order and that I had to go through the frustrations of talking with multiple people on the live chat who clearly gave false information and didn’t know what they were talking about. At this point I’m done using EatStreet and will use other places for food delivery services because this service is unacceptable and dissatisfying.
