Awesome food! Great Service!!

It's an easy app to use, the order was correct, the food was hot and the delivery was on time. Pretty great.

If 0 stars was a rating I would do that 2 times in a row we have ordered with eatstreet and each time theyve cancelled our orders because they dont have any drivers. If youre gonna run a food delivery service the least you can do is have drivers. Wouldnt recommend at all, terrible service, never have drivers. Do not use this delivery service please for your own sake.

This is my second time using EatStreet, and will be my last. I had no problem with the delivery the first time. (I usually have no problems, at least not unresolvable ones, with people on the ground.) But after getting a tantalizing email offering me free delivery, I decided to order again... only to find that the waived delivery fee (previously $5) was now listed as only $2.99, while a new "service fee" appeared for $4.50. I'm not buying it. Still ordered, for pickup, to support local restaurant. But I despise corporations that use technology to bait, trick, and lie to people.

Ordered and paid on eat st.for buffalo wild wings at kenosha near rt 94. Received confirmation that order was paid and received and that it got a "green light " at restaurant. Told me to Pick up in 21 minutes. Went to pick up.long line. Restaurant says they never received order. Oh hold on here it is on the computer. Never started order. Wait another 20 minutes. Everybody at line getting annoyed. Worse online ordering experience. This service sucks. One star is a gift. Order is open on the shelf by now. Discusting.

Great service, all my orders have gone very well!

Ordered $100+ of sushi, got confirmation email, got charged, waited, called restaurant, no order received. Requested refund from eatstreet, 2-days later no reply. If you have too much money and want to throw some away this site works great. If you want food though, try literally anything else.

I like that I can pre order some restaurants and they are very accurate with their delivery times. Some times the delivery fee is off by a dollar, slightly annoying

First time using, easy and convenient

My experience was excellent. I was looking for Chinese Take out, close to my residence. I was introduced to China Wong through EatStreet, placed an order, and was notified that it was ready for pick up, within 15 minutes. The order was ready when I arrived, well packaged, and exactly what was ordered. The Associate handling the transaction was pleasant, and the process took less than a minute. The food was very good Chinese Cuisine, well prepared, and all the items were of high quality. The combination of EatStreet, and China Wong, was a pleasing event I look forward to in the future.

Ordered from Sloopys order never came I texted eatstreet and they customer service. They said delivered at 6:13 now is 8:37 and no food the driver has been here before. Car in shop that is why I had delivery. No more not giving someone a tip for food I never got ruined my night
