I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I've had so many bad experiences with Eat Street that I've officially decided not to use this "service" anymore.
90% of the time, at LEAST one thing is missing from the order. Sure, the restaurant should make sure that they are making the order correctly. However, just like any other delivery service, it is the DRIVERS responsibility to double check that everything is in the bag. This obviously is not a policy for Eat Street, but with how many complaints they probably get daily, don't you think they'd make it one?
I've spent time speaking with 3 different instant chat representatives about my incorrect orders. "Okay, we've processed a refund." Uh...no thanks, I'd like to get the food we ordered because one of us is eating and the other one is not.. "well maybe the restaurant was out of that item. Maybe you should call beforehand to make sure they have it." What?? How is that my responsibility.
Yo... get your crap together Eat Street. You suck.
