EatStreet

Lately it has been nothing but issues with Eatstreet. Extremely slow and missing items when food finally arrives. Sticking with Grub Hub or Door Dash from now on.

There was fraudulent use of my credit card with Eatstreet and they would not cooperate with law enforcement unless there was a warrant. This is despite there having been a police report filed and they had been made aware of the transactions. I would never trust eatstreet.

I didn't even receive my food after paying up front. Boo.

Placed an order with them and got a confirmation email that order would be delivered within an hour. Called twice after an hour and a half and 2 hours with no delivery. Then they tell me it won’t be delivered till the next day around lunch... They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Timing was great food was still warm. I recommend eat street

Ordered the 24pc chicken wings from kfc. The order went through and waited for prep time. After waiting for an hour, I was then given notification that the order was cancelled due to the restaurant being closed. I decided to call my local kfc and they were indeed open.....

Everything was ready and delivered fresh and delivered on time.

I ordered from a restaurant on my birthday, didn't have the food by the estimated time and gave the restaursnt a call. Nobody picked up the food until 30 minutes after the estimated arrival time, and I ended up receiving my food an HOUR total after that estimated time. Sent eatstreet an email while waiting and they never got back to me.

I've used EatStreet twice, The first time, I ordered Asian food. The ease of ordering was great, and my food came quickly and hot. Great experience. Afterward, I was offered a$5 coupon from EatStreet. When I went to use the service again, I tried to order from a Mexican restaurant, but it was not available in my area. I chose a different restaurant and had to order more food than I wanted to achieve the minimum order. It took much longer than expected. I tried to use the $5 coupon, but I was not allowed. That particular issue felt like a bait & switch type of situation, which turned me off.

Delivery was timely and pleasant. The order was missing a pasta salad and chicken was over fried. Am happy to say I was reimbursed $4 after sent complaint. Like EatStreet but not happy with Pizza Ranch in Cedar Falls IA

WARNING! Do not use Eatstreet unless you want your email and password on the dark web. If you try to contact them about it, they'll send you to a site where you pay $5 to ask a question. Avoid Eatstreet completely!

I did not receive my orders. I called Subway they made the sandwiches but nobody picked them up to get them delivered.

I received a credit alert my number information was on the dark web from your site.

Love the app the delivery drivers are great, the time is great, and the customer service reps are awesome as well. Keep it up.

Service has been excellent and the mobile app is very easy to use.

I have had some good experiences with Eat Street getting the food to me in a reasonable amount of time while the food is still hot. However, one driver in particular in the Wausau, WI area named Phoebe has delivered cold food with the food containers all warped and smashed THREE separate times to us. She is rude and makes stupid excuses. Just because of her I am no longer using this service.

Great service
