I used your service for late night food delivery twice and both times I had very good experiences with delivery time and the drivers were very friendly. Overall I would say that you have a great service and have since recommended you to several friends.
Great service, i like the app, will be using it again. Only caveat: please consider adding more discounts and reward savings, without having to buy a monthly pass, or be a new customer. Otherwise, cool app. Thanks
Everyone has always been courteous and on time , it’s a reasonable amount to pay to use their services .
My delivery was scheduled for delivery at 11:47 and I did not receive the order until 12:14. The order was picked up at 11:42, the restaurant is about 10 minutes away and it should not have taken 30 minutes to be delivered. My food was luke warm and needed to be reheated. I am disappointed in this delivery.

Everything has been great. The only thing that was an issue was an order from Kwik Trip in regards to a missing item. I thought it would’ve been nice to call or inform me about the missing item when the order was delivered instead of me having to let them know my order wasn’t complete

I see both sides of this application. I use it to order food and where I work I use it to recieve orders. The ease of set up is fantastic. The tablet they sent work is the only one that consistently works efficiently and allows the store to decide their cook times. We use five delivery services. This one is the best! I like to use it on my personal phone as well to order food for the deals, accurate times, the polite drivers and ease of finding what i like in my area. Customer service, for the work- I get an actual person when I call, if we make a mistake they help fix it, no questions asked and their drivers will return to pick up items unlike all the others. Customer service for personal- longer wait for online chat but they do help in all situations. I can't recommend EatStreet enough!
