Scammers. order not sent, restaraunt not paid...
I ordered my food from Eatstreet for pickup. At the scheduled pickup time I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the food. I then had to place my own order for the food that Eatstreet guaranteed would be ready at the time I ordered my food. The restaurant made the food based on the confirmation and my own good standing. I confirmed with Eatstreet that the restaurant would be paid multiple times. 5 days later the restaurant is still not paid. Eatstreet decided that instead of paying the restaurant they would refund me the money, but it will take 2-3 business days. (so they may also be scamming again and I may never see the money) So for my own good name I now need to go pay the restaurant. In general, buy directly (ie call the business and order instead of eatstreet). there was a ~10-25% charge above what the store charges which is understandable if they are doing any action (ie actually ordering my food, paying for the food out of the money I paid.) Instead of refunding me, they needed to pay the business partner. When they decided to refund me shows that they are had been lied to me and are dishonest, don't care about there business partners or customers.
