Deliveries have always been awesome.

It went well for 8 orders. The ninth was a real treat: the restaurant has prepared the order within 5 minutes, but it wasn’t until 50 (!) minutes after I placed the order when I have started to inquire of where my food was. Ok, there’s no Eatstreet phone you can call. There’s only a chat you can initiate with someone (who knows where) that asks you about the email associated with the account (like they’re not collecting data from my device in the first place), then order number (sorry, I know I must memorize it every time I deal with your company), then they lie about the “order is being prepared”! While I have called the restaurant myself and the owner (that I know personally) assured me that the order has been sitting there for over 50 minutes and Eatstreet had no driver available! I had to drive to the place myself to pick it up. And the owner had gracefully discarded the stale order and redid it for me. Eatstreet? Decide for yourself...

Food was hot and excellent! Contact free delivery, totally safe!

I love EatStreet! I love the service and simplicity of using the app. The driver's pay attention to detail and make sure all the contents to my order are correct! I definitely recommend using this app over Uber Eats and Doordash, my experience with them was horrible!!!! If you want your food piping hot with everything included choose EatStreet!

We've ordered several times. Food was always delivered as instructed in the time frames estimated.

I had no problems putting my order in. Everything went through to the restaurant as requested, my order was ready when I got there, No complaints!

Very convenient but missed the 5-star mark due to not always providing the address of the restaurant being ordered from. I got burned this way on my last order. Submitted order to the wrong location. Other than that, no complaints thus far.

Everything done was wonderful. I have a broken leg and not able to get out. Iy is reassuring to know I can order out with hassle and easy delivering. Thanks so much.

Great that we can have this service. But the drivers need to take more care to ensure everyone receives their food. Also if there’s an error the refund should be immediately available. Thank you

Excellent service! They delivered a birthday dinner from my dad's favorite restaurant for his 95th birthday when we were unable to visit him due to COVID restrictions. His cottage in a retirement community is a little hard to find but they persevered and got his meal to him still hot. The delivery person was very considerate.
