It went well for 8 orders. The ninth was a real treat: the restaurant has prepared the order within 5 minutes, but it wasn’t until 50 (!) minutes after I placed the order when I have started to inquire of where my food was. Ok, there’s no Eatstreet phone you can call. There’s only a chat you can initiate with someone (who knows where) that asks you about the email associated with the account (like they’re not collecting data from my device in the first place), then order number (sorry, I know I must memorize it every time I deal with your company), then they lie about the “order is being prepared”! While I have called the restaurant myself and the owner (that I know personally) assured me that the order has been sitting there for over 50 minutes and Eatstreet had no driver available! I had to drive to the place myself to pick it up. And the owner had gracefully discarded the stale order and redid it for me. Eatstreet? Decide for yourself...
