Stopped using

I have had many wrong orders, many orders cancelled from Eat Street, and several times they said it was delivered but it wasn't. Also have experienced slow delivery and drivers picking up multiple orders at once for different addresses which results in delayed delivery time and cold food. Have switched to Door Dash - much faster and more reliable.

Absolutely loved the food from Nikkos Gyros! It was ready when I arrived, and still warm when I got it home. Awesome double cheeseburger.

All good!

The delivery person dropped off the meal and texted me to let me know, just as I had indicated. Everything arrived as requested and on time.

Not Great, Not Terrible

Prices and availability are very reasonable. The delivery experience ultimately depends on the driver and the restaurant. There was a slight increase in extra fees - most likely due to the pandemic, but it's nothing that I would be concerned about.

I ordered my food and received a portion of my order. The delivery driver had to make a special trip to get rest of the items.

I use EatStreet's partnership with UWCU

I use EatStreet's partnership with UWCU, it's very helpful for me to save money on delivery which can be expensive, but as a college student with a busy schedule/limited cooking knowledge, I definitely rely on delivery from EatStreet. I would appreciate it if there were more fast food options on the app and if menus for different eateries were more accurate. Thanks!

use this instead of other delivery apps!

i've been using eat street since i moved to the cities, and it's always been so much faster and cheaper than other delivery alternatives. there isn't a delivery fee, and you can earn coupons when you order. variety is a little slim, but i order the same thing from the same place every time.

I only have a1 because 0 is not an option. I ordered food and waited close to 2 hours never showed. Called them and got a crabby lady on the phone who said sorry not our fault I’ll credit your money back (takes 1-5 days) I then asked to talk to someone higher up. On hold for another 8 min to have him put the blame on the food company.I ordered through eatstreet not the business. All I got was a 10.00 credit which I will never use. This company takes no responsibility for their fault. I will never order through them again and will spread the word.

ADD FEE for what?!!

Check your bill. There is now "add fee" for some of us. I can not get a straight answer about what this fee is for. "Additional fees are used to our service fee and allow us to provide improved service and delivery options in your area." I live 10 blocks from the restaurant, near downtown, and am already charged 2.99 for delivery. If you are really charging me 4.29 for delivery then just say that!

I used them only once

I used them only once. Only because it did not work. I ordered online, and they said the order went to the restaurant. Then they text me after I went down there to find out that the restaurant neither received my order, and they were closing. The text finally says we could not confirm your order. I reply cancel, no response. I go online and no response. If their customer service answered in a timely manner, I would not have wasted time and money. My card was still charged. I received no food, and I still got charged.

Continued Problem

Multiple times now I order for delivery, I get a confirmation order. Then the tracker tells me I'm about to receive my food and then I way past the tracker time (this recent time I waited a full hour even though the tracker said it would be ready in 5-15 minutes). Then they cancel the order, so I've spent an hour waiting for food that could have been canceled sooner so I could get food from a delivery company that actually knows what it's doing.

No response after restaurant doesnt receive order

After placing my order, Eat Street texted me to confirm they couldn't confirm my order was received by the restaurant and asked if I wanted to cancel. I called and the restaurant who confirmed they never received anything and placed my order directly with the restaurant. When I tried to cancel with Eat Street, they advised I couldn't as my food was already prepared. It was not. I now have been trying to get my money back from this vendor for with no response after paying the restaurant directly for my take out.

I order almost every day

I order almost every day. I've noticed off eat street they send you emails that are deceitful. I try to be fair with these reviews. They send emails that say they offer free delievery from select restaurants. I could not find one restaurant that offered this They do this for convenience and hope you dont notice. You're better off ordering from a different delievery site. They inflate charges from the menu. However, if you order small, it's much better than eat street. Fight back! Be smart!

Delivery time and food were great

Delivery time and food were great. Eat Street up-charges menu items though. We ordered from a Vietnamese restaurant; the dish I ordered was $20.90 on the Eat Street website but was listed for $19.00 on the restaurant's website. My wife got a dish that was $16.50 on Eat Street and $15.00 on the restaurant's website. I checked the entire menu, Eat Street versus the restaurant's menu, and every item is up-charged $1.50 to $2.00. I don't mind paying the service fees and the mysterious additional fee that gets added to every order, but it bothers me that Eat Street is up charging the food itself.

Always late

Eat street always tells me my food will be ready in 20 minutes and it’s never accurate. I usually end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes longer. Use Slice. You’ll save yourself some frustration.
