easy to use service

My food arrived on time and as ordered.

ETA started as 30 to 40 as soon as the driver got it it kept changing every 10 minutes to 10 minutes longer. It arrived late and was cold. When I asked customer service why the time kept changing they just asked me to be patient. I didnt even waste time asking for a refund for the food a threw out because last time I did I got refunded $2 for my $10 meal. Im not sure i will be using eatstreat any longer. I might switching to one of the many other services offered in eau claire.

Eatvstreet app is easy to use, etc. much prefer it to grub hub and Uber eats. Plus if you’re in Wisconsin, it was started here so keep it local! One that topic, I don’t like that it’s so costly for small independent restaurants struggling in the pandemic to be on EatStreet. We, your customers want to do the right thing to support local businesss. We also don’t want to call anyone. Please work on making this better for restaurants and our consciences.

I will probably stop using this app. There has been a few times where places have left out parts of my order. When I order, it is usually over $20. If it's one or two times its forgivable. But for the fact that it has happen acouple of times, I dont think I will use this service anymore.

Dishonest. They promise rewards for referring friends but give you nothing. Stay away.

Food left in wrong location, even though I specified where in the building to leave it on order.

My order did not go through so I had to try to get hold of the restaurant to confirm. I will be ordering directly from the restaurant from now on. They had so many orders cancel when EatStreet had this technical issue that they lost a lot of business on top of the 28% of sales they have to give EatStreet.

Been using Eatstreet for several months, almost always excellent service. My only complaint would be that a few times a driver has left the food at the door and not knocked or rang the doorbell or I haven't gotten a text that let's me know the food has arrived until 15 minutes later. Overall though I had great service.

Timely delivery, excellent quality produce, clean and easily prepared.

So quick and easy to use. I was able to pick up my breakfast as soon as I got off the train. There was a man on line outside the store, who tried to tell me I had to get on line to order, so using the app made me feel like a VIP!

Food was ice cold when it arrived - I seriously had to put it in the oven to get it warm enough to eat - very disappointing... Delivery was relatively quick though.

I can't blame EatStreet for a restaurant delivery gone wrong, never receiving my order, however, I would like to thank the customer service team for expediently fixing the situation by refunding me. Excellent job!

So thankful for EatStreet! Great selection of restaurants and great efficient people delivering. Every time has been a great experience.
