Needs improvement with missing items from order
I've used Eat Street a lot and appreciate that range of restaurants and opportunity to support local business. That said, I've had several experiences with Eat Street where small and large parts of my order were not delivered. While I appreciate that refunds for this are swift when requested, a main flaw with eat street is there is no accountability for the restaurant or delivery person to actually fulfill an order or correct an error of something not delivered. If EatStreet is getting a cut from these orders, this is an area in which you have responsibility to navigate and remedy for the users. At this point it has happened so frequently that I've made active intention to try not to use EatStreet and instead order only from restaurants with in-house delivery because there is more accountability and better customer service to send out the missing food rather than just a credit.
