Placed an order over an hour ago, foods been sitting for roughly 45 minutes now, I just ended up going to pick it up. Long cancellation process, so not even worth it. First and final time I will use them.

Just placed an order that already charged me to find it cancelled 15 min later, got in touch on the app with a Pamela, explained what happened and she told me they already refunded me but it would take 2-5 days to show up. So basically their system failed and cancelled my order and then denied me access to almost 50 dollars for 2-5 days, that might not be much to some but it is too me and the only thing pamella had to say was sorry for the inconvenience. I automatically deleted and ordered door dash. Don’t waste your time.

No support when app said food delivered but no food was delivered. Restaurant helped me, EatStreet no response.

Steven in Kenosha was wonderful. He let me know when he was at the restaurant awaiting my order and when he arrived at the hotel to drop it off.

this is a joke there is no communication between the restaurant and these ppl till after they take your money and then have fun getting it bake they just send you from one person to the next if you can even get a hold of anyone

if i coud give it 0 stars i would. they keep on deactivating my account and when i email them they just say its an error but twice in one week. i sadly will no longer order from them.

Doesn’t even deserve one star ! Placed my order waited over an hour finally reported it wasn’t received because I received verification it was in the way. Then I get an email saying the store I ordered from wasn’t accepting online orders yet they did accept it and stated it was on the way! I received this notice after my account was charged and over an hour from when I placed this order at a restaurant that is 1.4 miles from my home. Absolutely horrible service

I've come to expect five-star service from EatStreet, and that's what I got.

I wish I could give zero stars. Cancelled order, no updates. Go elsewhere.

A few drivers never tell you they arrived, they just set the food down outside and leave. Its cold outside so it probably sits there for a while. If I wasn't watching when they arrived I may have not had the food and it would have just sat outside getting frozen. Some drivers actually ring the apartment

They refunded me money on XMAS EVE because the restaurant was packed and didn't get my order. I wasn't expecting a refund on Xmas Eve at 8pm! Great business.

They hosted a virtual Santa visit event in 2020 when we couldn't safely go visit Santa. It was amazing! Free milk & cookies and we got to talk and sing a song with Santa. My children loved it! What a caring thing to do for the community! You rock Eat Street!

Not happy with my last Two orders The drivers don’t care all the food was everywhere like puke 🤢 and I got the pictures to prove it.

We ordered KFC via EatStreet. Service was fast, food arrived hot, and I was pleased to see our driver, Greg, wearing a mask. Love the contactless porch delivery.

Convenient when I need it. Have never had a late order or a negative experience.
