I've used EatStreet twice now and super happy with it. Best part is it's so easy to place a food order and best yet.....my food arrives nice and HOT! That was my biggest worry.

Delivery has never been the issue, always great drivers and customer service from them. EatStreet sends out emails to save $5 ALL the time, yet whenever I click the link and order I NEVER save $5. So, I no longer use them.

One of our favorite local restaurants uses Eat Street for deliveries. No notifications of where the order is. And several times the delivery driver left the bag on our porch without either knocking or sending a text message — things that Grubhub does automatically.

I wouldn't recommend eatstreet.com to anyone. Their prices are more then what the restaurant prices are. Anywhere from $2.00 to $5.00 more per item.

Horrible customer service and delivery. It took the delivery an hour from pick up time to drop off( drop off location is 4 minutes from resting) The food was cold! Do not order from them.

I ordered this 2 hours ago I put specific directions for delivery and the delivery driver obviously didn't read.Miceala does not deserve a tip this is unacceptable and poor business. How hard is it to find the airport?

We have tried to get a response back from Eat Street for over a week to an order that was messed up. We are extremely disappointed with the complete lack of caring customer service. They have no contact number making it convenient for them to avoid any unwanted calls to deal with problems that their company should. The cost difference of the mistake was around 25$ Which could pay for two more meals.

Picked a certain city but somehow my order was sent to another much farther away. No one available at eatstreet customer service so the store said they couldn't refund me themselves. Had to rush to the store because it was closing to pick up the order I already paid for otherwise I would have just been out money and food.b

the fish dinners were very good and the service was very good also

Delivery was very fast. Order was complete. Will probably no use service again as high price wasn't worth convience.

I waited 5 hours for the food and i never received anything. Beware they have restaurants listed on their site with business hours and everything however the place is permanently closed when i google...They took all the money..i contacted Eatstreet through email and facebook, had no response. Please stay away from this place.
