Delivery Times are sometimes way off
I get frustrated with the delivery times on EatStreet. The other delivery services seem to do better with that. One example -I ordered lunch last week for me and coworkers at 11AM and was told it was 16-26 minutes until delivery (The restaurant is across the street but we are discouraged to leave the building). Being at work, we planned our lunches around this time. It didn't show up until just past 12PM. I called the restaurant to maybe come pick it up instead, and they said the delivery driver had just gotten there and was very late. Then the delivery driver who came blamed it on the restaurant. I'm not sure what happened, but we need more accuracy on the delivery times.
