Eat Street is reliable
Eat street is easy to use in ordering for deliveries. It took me just a few minutes to enter my order. I was pleasantly surprised to get my order delivered ahead of schedule!

Site issues
When I first went on the site, EVERY restaurant on our city said "CLOSED" and I was unable to order anything. Thankfully, I was able to get on chat right away and talk to someone but in the meantime, the site miraculously started working again.

Would never recommend using eat street
Would never recommend using eat street. Waited all night for food to show up only to have our order canceled after 2 hours of waiting and having an update stating it was “in route”. They did offer to compensate with a $3 credit that must be used within 24 hours... also VERY poor customer support 0/10

I have had 4 bad experiences now where my order just disappears into thin air after sayings delivered. It takes a long time to refund my money and basically no customer service. I am finally officially done using eatstreet.

I spent the time to place an order (for about 16$ I think). I planned a $5 cash tip. When I went to check out I was informed I had to place a minimum order of $20 dollars (before taxes & fees) - WRONG - I don't buy food I don't want. You must think you're really important!
