Everything went great yesterday I had no problem thank u.

Good was cold deliveery driver was Deb n it was going to a business.

My latest order, yesterday, didn't include my special requests on the restaurant copy of the order. Hence, request for no silverware & delivery to my side door were not followed. This resulted in even more wasteful plastic ware & delivery to the wrong door. Since I was working, I didn't see the driver's test for an hour, resulting in all cold food.

EatStreet is great for convenience, however, food comes cold to customer 3/4 of the time. This is to be expected though when drivers are picking up 3-4 deliveries at a time and the drivers are provided with one small warning bag. So if you are good with having to warm up your meal when you get it, EatStreet is great.

I didn’t receive the entire order. One entree was missing. We tried to reconcile it, but eat street would not deliver. So two people ate their dinners while I made myself a pbj. Very disappointing.

Easy to place an order!

EatStreet has provided us excellent delivery - quick, non-contact drop-off, and great communication via texts.

I had no idea what I wanted for lunch, but there was a certain taste I was looking for. FOUND IT! I ordered the chicken gyro and sweet potato fries and OMG, so so tasty! This was my 1st experience here and I haven't stopped talking about it since. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve used Eat Street a few times and have no complaints. The site is user friendly and I’ve been very satisfied with the service they provide.

Very easy to use, my meal was ready to go at the fabulous Tabboule Restaurant (Great Lebanese food) in Ridgewood, NJ when I arrived at the time quoted.

I have used EatStreet quite a bit. I like how from start to finish they give you updates of your order status. I would have given it 5 stars but a couple of times now, when the driver is out with my food - it takes them a long time to finally get to me. I think they might do other orders in between, which could be fine, but then my food has come to me cold.

Always on time and easy to use!

Pretty good in general, didn't have a bad experience, I had a good experience overall (but not necessarily a GREAT experience). It would be nice if they had more restaurant options in my area, that is my main complaint. Also, their website is a little odd bc it doesn't list the restaurant I usually order from, but if I go to the restaurant website directly it redirects and orders from EatStreet. Also, due to fees, taxes, tips, etc. a $35 meal becomes a $50 meal so it's expensive but overall I would recommend EatStreet! I use it once in a while for sure.
