I have been using Eatstreet for years for my favorite Peruvian chicken restaurant. All of my preferences are saved and ordering is fast, easy and accurate. I also like how you occasionally get codes for a few dollars off to reward you for your loyalty.

I had to go to the shop myself because the order was wrong. I wasn’t refunded or compensated. I called first to ask for the driver to come back, they refused.

Honestly eatstreet is pretty great. There is usually a large selection of restaurants and most of the drivers do an excellent job. There are some downsides, there isn’t an option for something like a monthly pass which would cut some of the steep delivery fees and charges, there isn’t a great way to connect to your driver, there isn’t a great reward system or coupon selection (making eatstreet the pricier option for restaurants) and the restaurants will sometimes give less options on eatstreet than on other services. But other than that I think eatstreet is actually a very solid option for ordering local food, but I would just want the 4 things to be added or fixed to give a better system overall.

They always have some sort of discount for purchases and that's pretty cool.

This company clearly has problems. Internally they even sent a support email meant for one of the restaurants that they use to my personal email. Not only that, but you can't directly message or talk to the driver like you can in other delivery apps, which is frustrating and stupid. I would not suggest using this app unless you want to roll the dice with service.****update after reply: eatstreet, not only did I contact you but you did nothing. Love ordering from eat street it's so very easy I always use them for my Chinese food Delivery always arrives before estimated delivery time. Driver is super nice

I don’t know why people like this app... other than people suckle onto anything coming from their home state. It does the job but it was programmed by some college interns they paid nothing to... horrible design.

1 1/2 hours after order was placed I attempted to cancel. No updates during that time. Food wad prepared in 10 minutes. Not first experience of this kind.

First off I asked for 23-30 hrs a week but the Scheduling manager NICK kept scheduling the nine hours a week I was not OK with that I put my availability part time 23 to 30 hours my availability was from 11 AM until 10 PM split shift and I would only get nine hours a week out of that 40 hours I was available plus it’s not even worth it because youHardly make any tips because of the experience from previous Eat streets driver multiple times I was stuck at restaurant 45 minutes to an hour holding and waiting time causing me to be wasting my time and losing money it’s like you drive around in circles for food an it gets cold because you are required to pick up orders before you have dropped off orders that you already have in your vehicle it was just a terrible experience all together I would be on order another order would come through which I don’t mind having multiple orders but when I have a McDonald’s order and then I get another order I’m supposed to drop off that order before I drop off McDonald’s and personal experience I understand how fast the food gets cold and you’re not even able to go back to your homepage to get the address for the first order before you pick up the other order it just disappear and that is ridiculous food gets cold very quickly and that’s how you have very unhappy customers and also I would be trying to get in touch with dispatch it took dispatch for ever to return anything as we are each free automatically had groups of people you could talk to you for help but with each street you’re just stranded until somebody decides they want to get back to you because they’re also busy like the driver isn’t busy too I had several experiences with dispatch that were very unpleasant even at one point I was accused of having a passenger in my vehicle when all reality I didn’t Like being a Questioned because of heat say I understand about the follow up when dispatch gets call with a concern about the rules but the way that I was approached about the situation I was lied to an on I worked for Salina to go I loved working for Salina to go BUT I absolutely hated working for eats street! So I quit without notice!

EatStreet is a welcome addition to the Charlottesville food delivery arena. They get the order right, deliver at time promised (sometimes before), knock upon delivery, and place delivered order to spot requested. The low delivery fee is quite appealing. I look forward to more restaurants being added to the EatStreet roster.

EatStreet has smaller, local restaurants and it's great! The interface is simple to use. I've used it for years to order from my favorite Chinese restaurant and local deli.

I've had to call Eat Streets 3 different times! Then I order and it states that my order has been restricted with Eat Streets. Then I have to wait for them to fix this problem and they tell me they do not know when it will be fixed.

There needs to be an option for zero stars for Eat Street. They are the worst delivery service in Lawrence, KS. I've tried them multiple times now and it's never been a positive encounter. Each time they always have problems: the order was wrong, the food was cold, some of the order is missing, the food was spilled all over the inside of the bag, the food was left outside in the cold and they failed to let us know it was here. This time they delivered to the wrong house entirely and just said sorry, we can't reorder for you. If you check leave outside and ring doorbell, they don't bother to confirm they got the right house or make sure someone answers and picks up the food. They just drop and run and too bad so sad if it's the wrong house. Here we are two hours after the food was supposed to be here (the wait time to call Eat street and ask for help is loooonngg too) and and they can only refund the bill. They tell you to start all over and reorder from their app again. They can't do that part for you either. But don't worry folks, they offered me a $5 off coupon so that makes it better right? Never again Eat Street, keep your measley coupon, you've left me hangry for the last time you animals!!

Place order on 5/26 thru the delivery site. They took my money out of my account. Then called 20 minutes later and said they weren't having deliveries done today and It would take 3-5 days to have my money put back into my account. Told them I would come pickup order and they told me I would have to put new order in and they would bill my card again. Wont eat here Again or use Eat Street again.

I have not received my order even after 2 hours and the app showed it as delivered. I had to call customer care to even to get my refund back, it was hard to find their number they don't have any contact number in app. I ended up not eating as its too late to order from others. I have a very bad experience I will never order from them again, I ended up not having anything to eat because of them.

Can't even give zero stars how sad. Eatstreet is trash. 5 times now my order has been delivered to the wrong address and the driver doesn't take any responsibility. There is no customer driver communication. I live in an apartment and for some reason these drivers think it's a good idea to leave food at the front entrance without ringing my buzzer or anything to even let me know it's here. Horrible service. Horrible drivers. All around crappy company. Doordash will be my new app.
