We ordered from a deli and got food from a sushi restaurant. Not only that but the food was completely different. So far they have not gotten back to us.

Eatstreet used to be my favorite app to use. Lately, it has been horrible. Last night, I ordered my meal at 6:45pm. After about a half hour of waiting, I checked my order status. It was canceled. No e-mail or text message notifying me of the change. I ended up ordering from Dominos. Fast forward 19 hours. I got home from work, and the order was at my door step. Im unsure when it arrived, but it is obviously not fresh. I notified Eatstreet and will receive a refund in 3-4 days. Side note, when I left for work this morning, there was no order. It had to of arrived sometime this afternoon. There was no notification of an arrival.

Always provided a good service. I've used this service many times with no problems.

The majority of the time, my orders from Eatstreet are problematic - missing items, late and cold/ruined, incorrect items with ingredients I’m allergic to and can’t eat, etc. My saving grace is that I use paypal, so when this happens I can get a refund. This last time, I tried to check out with paypal, they told me they weren’t accepting paypal payments at the moment. That should have red flagged me. I shouldn’t have ordered. So many people got refunds their account was temporarily locked up. But I did it anyway. I used my bank card.. and behold! 20 minutes late, ice cold, and wrong food with allergies. I contacted Eatstreet to get a refund, but they wouldn’t do it. All they offered me was some stupid $3 coupon that had to be used within the month and had a minimum food order purchase on it. So.. “pay us more money and we’ll give a tiny discount!”. There was already a $4 normal coupon on my account. It was less than standard discounts! I continued to try to push them to really fix things but they won’t. NEVER AGAIN. Not an honest company. So many problems with delivery in my area and EatStreet won’t stand behind their services. Sad thing is, they’re the best food delivery service we have. The rest are worse.

I don’t know the name of the gentleman who delivered our Starbucks but he was friendly and fast!

Eat Street did a good job with delivering the food on time. My main issue was with the app. It wasn’t easy for me to designate exactly what I wanted for dinner. There just weren’t enough choices for me to personalize my dinner. I called the restaurant to straighten out what my choices were.

Timely drop off. Knock on the door to let us know our order was here. Food was hot!

The eat street app could use some improvements. Living in an apartment complex, it would be nice to be able the actual building address instead of the complex address. I always put the building info in the notes but the drivers don't read them. While the delivery people are always very kind, it's frustrating for both parties when they don't know where to go. It would also be nice to be able to text the driver person like you can with Uber Eats.

Excellent service

I’ve used EatStreet a few times now. Drivers are always good about leaving the order at my door (COVID precautions) and are friendly as they drive away waving to me. Food has always been received timely. Will definitely use the service again!
