Horrible system
First off I asked for 23-30 hrs a week but the Scheduling manager NICK kept scheduling the nine hours a week I was not OK with that I put my availability part time 23 to 30 hours my availability was from 11 AM until 10 PM split shift and I would only get nine hours a week out of that 40 hours I was available plus it’s not even worth it because youHardly make any tips because of the experience from previous Eat streets driver multiple times I was stuck at restaurant 45 minutes to an hour holding and waiting time causing me to be wasting my time and losing money it’s like you drive around in circles for food an it gets cold because you are required to pick up orders before you have dropped off orders that you already have in your vehicle it was just a terrible experience all together I would be on order another order would come through which I don’t mind having multiple orders but when I have a McDonald’s order and then I get another order I’m supposed to drop off that order before I drop off McDonald’s and personal experience I understand how fast the food gets cold and you’re not even able to go back to your homepage to get the address for the first order before you pick up the other order it just disappear and that is ridiculous food gets cold very quickly and that’s how you have very unhappy customers and also I would be trying to get in touch with dispatch it took dispatch for ever to return anything as we are each free automatically had groups of people you could talk to you for help but with each street you’re just stranded until somebody decides they want to get back to you because they’re also busy like the driver isn’t busy too I had several experiences with dispatch that were very unpleasant even at one point I was accused of having a passenger in my vehicle when all reality I didn’t Like being a Questioned because of heat say I understand about the follow up when dispatch gets call with a concern about the rules but the way that I was approached about the situation I was lied to an on I worked for Salina to go I loved working for Salina to go BUT I absolutely hated working for eats street! So I quit without notice!
