The car sells woman was very great had me very confident in everything i wanted. They were very nice and gave me everything I wanted with my car search. It did not take long to finalize the car sell.

I went to drivetime last year around November and they sold to me a van. After a week the car started acting up and later realized this car was faulty when I went back they told me they have nothing they can do for me up to now am still paying for car am not using. Be careful when buying a car from them. I was setup for a loan am not benefiting from. $27000. So awful 😖
Was out yesterday and bought a car, wrote a nice 5 star review at the end of getting the car, today the driver side door will not open and the only thing we are getting out of them is it is not covered by the warranty. This is less then 24 hours after driving it off the lot. Regret is the word that is coming to mind already and nothing can be done about it.
From the time I walked in until I left I felt welcomed! I already had my car picked out before coming there. They were quick to get me in for a test drive and the buying process was so simple and easy. Would recommend this place to anyone
After many many hiccups on my end they got me approved and me and my little family are driving around in OUR car so thankful for Jennifer and Anna who both played big and helpful roles in our journey get a vehicle!
I would like to say thank you Jay and her really funny manager( I forgot his name..lol) at the Athens Ga office. We came in at 8pm one night and received EXCELLENT customer service. Even though we ended up buying at car at the Gwinnett location, they don't compare to Athens. They we not bad at all in fact the manager was quite nice and kept us really hydrated but the service in Athens that we received was our deciding factor to buy a car. The only reason we didn't buy there was because they did not have the car we were looking for. A big thank to Jay and her hilarious manager! Thank you to the Gwinnett staff too!😊

I got online and looked at a truck and I set up a appointment and when I walked in I was told instantly that I needed to show my social security card so I did and was told that I needed a new one I stated that the social security card is legible and I was told that it wouldn't work and they were sorry. I drove a hr and a half for nothing. I was told that in 10 to 15 days I could get the truck what a crock of bull

Today I went to drive time and I gave them all my information and I gave them everything else that they asked for that was qualified for me to get a car. I test drove a car and I did not leave with a car. They are advertising that they do help with good or bad credit. Well it was a very bad experience and I left feeling very awful because me and my family thought that we were gonna drive away with us a new car instead we walked away. It was so sad and depressing to explain to my children That we cannot get a car today because Mom did not get approved for the banks due to my low credit I’m trying to build.Better luck Elsewhere!!!!
Salesperson was not at all knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling us. He didn't listen any of the 20-30 times I told him I was not getting a warranty or lojack on my loan and went to grab the manager so she could then proceed to assure me that without this warranty the chances of me "going broke and filing bankruptcy" due to my entire engine needing to be replaced soon and me not being able to afford it go up.

At first they were helpful and on their game. We are now Three months in and we have had our truck in the shop 4 times. We paid extra for the top coverage and it still covers nothing. They do not reimburse for tow’s if the fix doesn’t fall under the “warranty”. I also understand vehicles needing repairs but we have been forking money out on repairs since the return policy was up. My truck that I’m paying good money for has sat as a heavy paper weight in my driveway because it doesn’t run!!! Drivetime has scripted responses and does nothing to help you unless it’s to take your money. (Which we pay on time and never missed a payment) I will be going to the BBB, the Ohio Attorney General’s office, the consumer financial protection bureau, and the federal trade commission with my complaints about this business. We can’t say lemon law because it is a used car and over 15k miles. So, since drivetime is of no help the only options we have is to file the complaints. It’s a shame because I once thought highly of this company till we ran into issues and we pretty much were told it is what it is. Be careful buying a car from them.

I have bought two cars from the Drive Time at 821 E Division, Arlington, TX. The salesman was Roddy Escalon. After 60 days, the battery had to be replaced. Three days after that, the car began stalling and losing power. The Drive time people refused to do anything about it. I am done with Drive Time and I will be letting the world know about it on all sites. I am currently following the Lemon Law guidelines in order to file charges. Silver Rock just keeps me on old until I have to hang up.
