The car sells woman was very great had me very confident in everything i wanted. They were very nice and gave me everything I wanted with my car search. It did not take long to finalize the car sell.
Honestly I do not like the fact that DriveTime uses trackers but I just went through a long period of unemployment and had no other options. Bree however was awesome and kind and buying a car there was a pleasant experience.
I got a loan and made a appointment the same day. I met with James. He showed me a truck that did meet what I was looking for but I was concerned about the price. I did mention to him j had a loan and I think it was above the loan amount. We both was a little unsure how the loan process went because he hasn't been there that long. I spoke to a very friendly young woman at the front desk who explained the process to me. I also had to keep explaining to James that I still thought that vehicle was to much. He wasn't even trying to look for another vehicle for me. I had to tell him I wanted to look at other vehicles im not set on one vehicle and I would like to see something lower priced. He then goes to get a Nissan Arcadia or another truck that was more than the first truck. I spoke to the nice lady at the desk. Oh wait I did ask James abt another truck he did say they had a jeep. But he didn't mention what kind so I said no I didn't just want a jeep Cherokee because that's what he said. When I went to the desk the young lady said they had grand jeep Cherokees. I said oh ok I looked at them before. So James goes and gets them. Wanted me to test drive. I said no just run 2 of these Trucks. So me,one of my girlfriends and my nephew have Been there few hours. So he sends me a link and wants access to my bank account. I said I don't feel comfortable giving u access to my account. He said they need to see up until the last day or something so that's why they need access. So luckily my friend was there because she told me to take pictures of my transactions and send them to him as a email so they couldn't have access to my account. So the next thing was I receive social security and me and my mom share account. And on the statement because her name was first they told me she had to sign on as a co signer. I was like what! It said her name and for my name. But if he would have flipped the paper I had my own paper with just my name on it. I never went through this. I paid off my other truck a little over a year ago . And didn't need her or anyone to sign for me. I was selling my truck and was getting something else. Now I will take my loan without needing mom to sign and purchase a vehicle somewhere else! You should have flipped the page because you lost out n a sale! ...
Your reply sounds stupid and automated! Still doesn't make up for the fact that I had my own approved financing! And your only problem was from what I was told both me and mom's name was listed on paperwork. And her name was on top. So she needed to sign but I was approved for the loan. Then I had separate paper with just my name and my deposit. You just wanted her to be a co signer. But after reading the reviews from BBB! I'm so glad this happened! My son bought a car about three weeks ago. Came to visit me from Greenville sc to Anderson sc. by the time he got to my house he had an oil leak. We put oil and he went home. He called the dealership and was to take it to the service company they use. He did today. They want Almost $1400.00 for repairs not covered in warranty. Please tell me there is someone that can help. 2020 vehicles cost almost $17000.00 dollars and is just a big piece of metal that doesn’t work.

Had some difficulties with the vehicle I wanted, mechanical, returned it and, though eventually I did get another vehicle that I am happy with, it was a bit of a struggle to exchange.

I gave a good review for this dealership before I got the car home. The car was not detailed properly, and my seat belt alarm will not go off. If I could take that review back I would. What made it worse, one of their reps called me to congratulate me on the purchase and ask me was everything going ok. I told him about my issues, he brushed it off and hung up on me Do not buy from this dealership
Got Pre Approved On Line In Montclair But Once We Got There It Was Actually A Different Story my & Wife Got Approved With 0 Down But not True it’s was actually a waste of our day coming from the high desert they should’ve told us all this over the phone, but instead we got down there and totally waste of our time and day so tired

My son and myself worked with Tyrell on Sahara we had a great experience! We picked a beautiful car he was very helpful, listened to our needs and did not try and push into something we couldn't afford. We will absolutely buy from him again.
A follow up to my review on June 7th. Still have not heard from my Salesperson John or the Manager. My husband got it to one of the shops on the warranty list on 6/10. He was there all day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the vehicle according to what they thought was wrong with it. He gets truck back home gets up this morning goes to leave the house and the truck will not start. Yep thats right, it will not stop. So now the ones who repaired it says he will need to bring it back to the shop diagnose it yet again and go from there. This place is an hour away from where we live. Closest one to us. Now granted he is supposed to be working. So one of us is going to have to miss another day of work, because you know the cost of living is so cheap now, and take it back to see what is wrong with it now. Has DriveTime in Raleigh been inconvenienced? Absolutely not. Has John been inconvenienced and had to miss a day of work? Absolutely not. Has the poor excuse of a Manager been inconvenienced? Absolutely not. No me the customer has. Mind you I paid $3000 down on this vehicle yet not one sole from the hole of a business has contacted me. Please do not waste your time or money here, they are just out to make a sale and then you are screwed if anything goes wrong.
Jesse made this extremely less painful. He was able to deal with our stress level of not knowing the new technology and a car payment. We haven’t had a car payment since 2004. We were extremely uneasy and he made everything easy. Including walking us through the new requirements for insurance on the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. He walked us through the technology of the vehicle and the team helped program things and made sure I knew how to use it before we left. He is Amazing and the team is much appreciated! I am so grateful. He even walked us through how to get the interest rate down within 60 days. Thank you!
The salesman Joe was very nice and helpful. The process took a lot longer than I was told on line. I was there for 4 hours. I am happy with my purchase and the selections were very good.
