They say you can adjust your down payment and monthly payment that’s a complete lie my daughter went in thinking she was gonna put $500 down and she put $1500 also thought she was gonna pay about $350 but almost $500

If i can give them 0 stars I would..they sold me a lemon..two days after leaving there lot the car was in the shop..motor mount broke, transmission mount broke,valve cover gasket leaking oil all over the engine, ignition switch broke,struts broke out of alignment and numerous other things.do not but a car from these people.i understand desperate times for desperate measures.theae people take total advantage of people. Silverrock lies to you about the 1500 mile warranty they will deny your claim noatter what the mechanic tells them
Marcus McCue sold me a SUV and I ask him about a flashing light, his response was that’s nothing just take to one of vendor and they will reset the light .Liiiies !!! It was more then that. !!!! Dealer and vendor don’t take third part warranty. Crazy part had to drive one hour that take there third party warranty . This part really kill me !!! Took information of My bank to do directly out of My account. Found account number not even there. I can go on . Don’t waste your time , With drive time ??? If you want true honesty and good experience!!!! Go at your own risk Final say car still not complete!!
Mark was awsome he got us in got paperwork submitted and we had a hickup and Mark didn't leave us he hung right in there until it was completely done and got us out of there with our new car.

The Website makes it appear you are approved for the terms you input. Upon review almost all the offers are 3 or 4 X my listed max down payment. The vehicles shown 2 me appear as being all 100k mile second hand dealership rejects. Likely all wholesale purchases or older trade in's. Carvana makes this look like a flea market lot.

I purchased a car from here a little over 30 days ago. The car gave me problems ever since I got it. My sales person Antonio did not respond to me at all and now the car is in the shop and they are telling me I need to figure it out. This is ridiculous. I am calling a lawyer because it is a shame that they only care about selling a car and not even a good car at that and taking advantage of people that come to get help from them. They should be ashamed of themselves. The fact that I am a single mother that needed help to make sure I had reliable transportation they can't even help or respond for the crap they sold me. At least take responsibility of the crap and make me feel helped or like I made a right choice to work with you guys. Now again car not working and crickets from everyone. This is not the right way to do business!!!!!!!!!!

My second time doing business with Drive Time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sad to say, I bought and financed my first vehicle through Drive Time only 6 months ago. My vehicle was a total loss so I went to Drive Time simply just looking. Had no idea that I would be blessed to drive off in my new vehicle the same day. Mr. Dante, same salesman as my first time assisted me this second time as well. He is excellent and professional. He will make sure that you have no questions about anything. First time meeting the general manager Mr. Nick but when I tell you that he will do whatever he can to get you in the vehicle of your choosing or liking. I am a true customer of Drive Time for life! I pray that they never leave the Baton Rouge area cause they make the car buying experience so smooth for you! Thanks Drive Time-Mr. Dante and Mr. Nick! Everybody there is just wonderful!!!!!!
All in all it was an OK experience however, the car is definitely overpriced. They do not clean the cars and my tires probably will not pass a regular inspection but because they do all the inspections in house there could be some things that they pass up on, but we’ll see. Was not really pressured into buying the extended warranty, but they did ask multiple times.

My mother and I got a vehicle from them the service was good, but after the owning the car for less than month I noticed brake and steering wheel shake. Upon attemping try to use their warranty service they denied the claim and said it was over the mileage. The shop discovered that the rotors were bad. Rotors last thousands of miles and we drove less than 2 thousand miles and had a car with bad rotors. They knowingly sold the car like that. Driving less than 2000 miles even 5000 miles is not enough to wear down rotors to that point. They refused to make it right and now we are stuck footing the bill. It sucks that this 19k car couldn't even be sold with fresh or close to it rotors. They essentially scammed us and after talking to them they basically told us to suck it.
I purchased a vehicle from DriveTime Morrow on 5/29. As soon as I left the lot, the tire pressure light came on. I had to stop and put air in the tires before continuing home. The next day, 5/30, while driving home from work, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with Ralph to express my concerns and informed him I wanted to return the vehicle. Instead of assisting with a return, I was transferred to another department and told I would need to take the vehicle to Pep Boys for inspection. I was also informed that no rental vehicle would be provided in the meantime. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially so soon after purchase. I expected a more reliable vehicle and better customer service. I hope this helps others make an informed decision when considering DriveTime in Morrow.

Went online and filled out the "Your terms with no hit to your credit" and was told I was approved and to come in. I went in and two guys (forgot their names) welcomed me and my mother and asked did we have a car we was looking at and I said yes they had a buick on hold for me and he said that is no longer available. They told me to go outside and see if i see anything and we saw a Jeep for $10,000 they both laughed and said WHY you want that one??? Cause of the price!! YOu have to roll the windows down. I didnt care about what they was talking about but I did care about how they talked so badly about the car that he tried not to sale that car so he had me look at a 16,000 car to only tell me I need $5000 down and cosigner and denied through their bank. Went to another dealer and was approved and have a car now but the car dealer i went to showed me that Drive time didnt even submit me for approval looked at my credit and left it right there. Remind you my credit score is a 675. So I will say this dont go there and waist your time. Cause they definitely waisted MINE!

I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass that was supposed to be a 2018 Jeep Compass...Laura was not paying attention to my texts and I got a POS of a vehicle that I had to take all the way to Lewisville to trade out for a 2017 Jeep Renegade. I love the vehicle but I have already had to change the oil, Change both Cabin and air filters and spark plugs. The oil was nasty and the filters had leaves and twigs in them. I was told everything was changed out ... but wasn't a fact. The Lewisville people were very helpful and worked fast as possible to get me in and out and I will buy from them in the future..not the one in Fort Worth. I would like to get my money back for the parts I had to buy. After all I spent $112.78 on the parts and another 68.00 on the oil change.
