The car sells woman was very great had me very confident in everything i wanted. They were very nice and gave me everything I wanted with my car search. It did not take long to finalize the car sell.

Kwani made it effortlessly! She really is the best! The atmosphere was nice and the other employees were nice as well. Drive Time was the best choice for me. I needed a car and they got me in one. I would definitely come back. They’re not pushy and they listen to what’s best for you.
I purchased a vehicle and found the odometer had been disconnected and would not start the next day. Returned the vehicle that day. Found it had been relisted on their website, available for purchase, within hours.
Soy latino ,se q en estados unidos se habla el inglés y q es mi deber aprenderlo porq no me encuentro en mi país, pero acudí a este dealer y por no sber inglés no fui atendido correctamente y fui a comprar mi carro y no pude por no sber inglés ,no creo q sea tampoco lo correcto ,porq es.un negocio el cual debe funcionar para toda persona q ande buscando un vehículo y no tenga q haber alguna limitación por el lenguaje de otros ,el deber como comerciante de vehiculo y vendedores, es tratar de solucionar el problema de su cliente q en este caso fui yo ,pero puede ser otro el día de mañana, porq todos no tenemos un representante para q nos traduzca en inglés como lo piden ellos y por eso no creo q sea la mejor opción de ir allí a comprar un vehículo principalmente lo q hablamos el español
My experience was great because my time was valued. We were in and out in about an hour time frame. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Turrell was awesome she asked what was the budget we were looking to stay around and she made sure we didn’t go over budget. I highly recommend this Albany Ga location.
My husband and I along with our daughter went to Drivetime in Winston Salem out of all the years going to car dealerships this was the most painless experience. The staff was wonderful. Thank you to Lashonda and Lakeia whose name I will never forget because that is my sister’s name just spelled differently 😊. They honored their promise and I was able to drive off with a suv of my choice. What a pleasant experience. We will return to buy from Them again

Take the car to a licensed mechanic please before purchasing.. I had the car for only 9 months the head gasket blowed and of course they couldn’t help me into something else .. It takes 7 years for that to happen non stop problems.. Save yourself time and invest your money into another company.. They will tell u they action the car off but sale it to another customer and add it to your credit so they could get double the money smh I’m so disappointed never missed a payment and they couldn’t help me .. Stop selling lemons period.. I’m still blessed tho I don’t wish this on no one.. Stop scamming folks that work hard for their money..
Well you do not get to pick what car you want. You don't get to pick the price you pay. Their commercials are not true. I bought a car and not even 8 months later the engine blow up and now I am screwed because they wanted to charge more for insurance. when I didn't have money for it. Plus I only got the choose between 2 vehicles. So 😡

I bought my car a little over 2 months ago from the drivetime in Lewisville. The person who sold me the car did an amazing job, but now my car is inoperable due to a loose bolt from the motor mount causing the engine to shift back and cut a hole in my a/c line. I have contacted the warranty (SilverRock) and was advised that the repairs are not covered! I have been back and forth with them about how per the technician i had check my car stated that the bolt was not put on correctly before i purchased the vehicle and i am not at fault. Yet still can not get the repairs covered. Reached out to drivetime via chat and was immediately brushed off by the rep and was told to contact silverRock. Once i advised I’ve already done that was brushed off again and told to contact another number. I am VERY disappointed at the lack of compassion and accountability for this issue!

This was our second purchase from DriveTime at the Las Vegas West location. From the initial phone car to see if a vehicle was available to the actual visit, everyone was really nice and very helpful. THENNNNNN, we met Blake! An absolute pleasure to work with!! He explained every step of the process. We never felt rushed and he made sure we understood every part of the process. Blake really cares about his customers and you get that energy from start to finish. Everyone that helped was amazing. An overall incredible experience for us!!!
I LEASED A LEMON!! & this is an updated review from my previous one. Whewww .. where to start? Customer service! Let's start with the good, because I still stand on what I said about the representatives. April 13th, I visited DriveTime for a car. The young lady that worked with me did an absolute phenomenal job! Very attentive, a lot of active listening, very professional. I was recommended to her by her colleague after he noticed he wasn't successful in selling or convincing me to purchase a car. & Although it didn't work out with him, he didn't let me leave feeling hopeless with no luck, which was appreciated. With the young lady, she was very understanding & sympathetic with my situation and together we found a car. I came back on Monday, April 14th 2025 to pay the down payment totaling $1100, I left with my car happy asf! April 18th, 4 days later, the car was giving me shaking & vibration in the seat, steering wheel and floor base at 50/55mph, but later went away. April 21st, the vibration & shaking returned. I called DriveTime to let them know about this and was recommended to take the car to Firestone on Savannah Highway so that they can file a claim with Silver Rock, who the warranty is through if there are mechanical failure during my 30 day warranty. This specific location was highly recommended by the guy at DriveTime & I quote "I highly recommend the Savannah Highway location because they're more familiar with Silver Rock and how they operate". (THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK! but that's a different story for a different review) I scheduled my appointment & took my car there on April 26th. Explained to them what was the issue, 4hrs later I left with a wheel bearing replacement, the one that was on the car was ready to pop, per the technician/mechanic. April 29th 2025, I took my car back because the same problem occurred, I was then advised that the car would be kept overnight to have the brake pads & rotors replaced, parts had to be ordered. After having the services completed, my brakes squeaked so bad it sounded like a school bus & the dang car still was shaking at a certain speed! Atp I'm irritated. May 16th, 2 days past my 30day warranty mark at $0 deductible, my engine light started blinking as I was driving and my car began jerking/hesistating and stalling to accelerate past 40mph. I immediately took the car to Firestone who told me that I couldn't be seen for service until Monday or Tuesday (5/19 - 5/20). Drive time was just down the road so I made my way there but stopped by AutoZone for the engine like check & was given a P1326 code. I got to DriveTime where I was told there was nothing they could do because they don't have the authority. I was provided the contact number for their customer sales relations department. I received a case manager and suggested places to take my car anywhere else in network other than Firestone. Took it to precision tune who ran their diagnostic test & told me about the code P1326, Replace Engine Block Assembly! Pretty much the engine was no good! because there was 0 oil in it and its been that way at the time of purchase. Till this day I am praying and hoping that a new engine is not needed because the warranty is giving me a hard time with coverage. I absolutely regret purchasing this vehicle with DriveTime! And no I won't be recommending the business to anyone. I chose to keep everyone's name anonymous, but I do know every last one that I had an encounter with. All down to the mechanics at Firestone. To know me is to know I'm big on reviews and Im very thorough with the ones I give! Shop at your own risk, LITERALLY! ** update .. the engine has to be replaced. My advice to DriveTime, hire a technician to thoroughly inspect and do a diagnostic test on the used cars that you purchase, stop recommending Firestone because they missed all of this & didn’t do diagnostic as requested BOTH times that I took my car.
I really didn’t even want to click on a star, getting the car wasn’t a bad experience it went well and who helped me was great. The car itself is what gave me problems, I was sold a lemon. Not even 3 months into having the car there was many repairs needed which the limited warranty covered but after that I continued to have problems after problems. The car kept burning oil, not long after oil changes I always needed more oil. After many repairs that wasn’t fixing it and these were out of pocket repairs that the warranty would not cover, I needed a new engine. I couldn’t afford a new engine so after having it for only a year I had to let it go, which means I now have a repossession on my credit that literally is not my fault. So I will never go back to Drive Time nor will I EVER recommend it!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
