Huge range of very tasty offerings, all of a really high quality. Delivery is quick, although the previous polystyrene boxes now seem to have been dropped in favour of less efficient cardboard which I'm less confident will keep the contents frozen.

DR are my go to company for steaks (quality is the best) and chips (shame they’ve stopped doing potato rosti’s). This time round I added cod loins and salmon fillets and even the husbsnd asked where I got them because as a fish lover, he said they were excellent. I had to agree, especially the cod, much thicker and meatier than supermarkets.

outstanding products at a great price

We have been buying from DR for some time now, usually only sirloin steaks, including the offers for mixed steaks. Up to now the sirloins have been excellent but have been very disappointing in the last two orders. ( June and July, sorry can't remember dates) My cooking method hasn't changed, we like our steaks cooked medium rare, and the steaks are always the same size and weight, but the last two orders have been very tough. The last order was a 'mixed bag' , the sirloins tough and one rump virtually inedible. I will keep ordering as the service is great and the offers are excellent value. Like a lot of the reviews I have read we usually only order on the special offers to keep the price down and , up to now, have always been delighted with the quality of the steaks. A very wide selection of meat. The sausages are always amazing, and the summer discount price was too. It's not the cheapest, but it is the best in my opinion. The lamb kofta and peri peri chicken on sticks were great value for a bbq.

Excellent choice of cuts and produce. Very reasonable prices and the quality is very high.always packed well and delivered on time. The weekly offers are fantastic.

This is some of the tastiest meat I have bought. It’s comparatively expensive but Donald Russels are doing some great deals that are currently making their meat more affordable. It took two days for the order to be delivered to the Isle of Wight from the time of posting. I was worried that the meat would defrost in the heatwave. I needn’t have worried. It was well packed and insulated and a little of the dry ice was still remaining. The meat arrived well and truly frozen.

This is the go to Company for good quality meats. Delivery and packaging ensure that it arrives in good condition still frozen. This is great as I live on a remote peninsula in rural Scotland. Not Cheap but you get what you pay for Look out for the Deals Repeat Customer of last few years
