Items arrived still frozen (I hope!), and put them into my freezer without delay. Quality, as always, is excellent, and the portions are generous. I shall continue to buy from Donald Russell.

Delivery service was impeccable and the food was out of this world - will certainly be ordering again once we have eaten our first order - would recommend this Donald Russell without a doubt!

We’ve had several orders, all well packed, well insulated and well cooled despite a 600 mile journey. I find the website odd as when you scroll down it’s quite jerky and when you think you’ve scrolled to the bottom another section suddenly shows up. (using an ipad.) It’s generally good value for money with plenty offers, plenty choice and the produce quality is good. There is no nitrite free bacon or chorizos so I get mine at Waitrose. We haven’t liked the desserts we’ve tried finding them a bit too sweet. The best bargain we’ve found are the stock bones. They are great value for money and keep the dog happy for days on end.

Never disappointed with Donald Russell, the quality of the meat is second to none. Have stopped buying my meat from the butchers. There pies, quiches, sausages and ready meals are fantastic. Would highly recommend the madras curry and rice. There afters are delicious and are just right for one person. You can't go wrong with this company. Also they deliver on time and give you a choice with packaging.

Great choice of offers, filled the freezer again. Always have a selection of steaks ready for a feed! Now i have found out their sliced sausage (both Beef and Pork) are the best on Mainland scotland! also very keen on the Lamb chops and thick Pork loin chops. Top quality and they are not a supermarket!

Quality and consistency. Easy ordering,well timed delivery and excellent product with competitive pricing. And not forgetting the friendly staff. An all round pleasant experience.

Easy to navigate website. Good quality products. Customer services when required are excellent. All round great service.

Top quality products as usual, only gripe is I would prefer the items to be delivered in a recyclable box

Would like to purchase offers in bulk not as daily purchases as £10 delivery cost negates any savings. As a regular customer I appreciate the quality of the food but daily 24 hour offers are not viable.

I usually take advantage of the offers DR send out and have never been let down by the excellent quality of the meat and fish and the timely delivery, and always expertly packaged.

Having ordered from Donald Russell before we know the quality is excellent. The pies are deep filled, the steak (& kidney pie) had just the right amount of kidney it wasn't dominating the flavour - or offending my husband! The steaks are tender and tasty, treated ourselves to Cote de Boeuf Salt Aged, delicious. Not fussy for the vintage cheese pigs in blankets, stick to the normal version that are aaaamazing. Still to have the rabbit.

Company is very reliable. Orders are always correct and delivered promptly They now seem to be concentrating on ready meals as opposed to fresh meat and fish. The ready meals I have had have always been good quality

Very poor, unmanageable website, which today made it impossible to view all DR products. Unclear, in some cases, whether the unit price applies to one off, or a pair of items. Meat products good quality, except the sausages which are vastly overpriced and ordinary, when compared to supermarket items.

Have used Donald Russell for a while now. Probably since the lockdown. Always lovely meat. From succulent steaks to lovely tender beef rib trim and mince. Keep up your good work. Your meat is wonderful

Received my order on the correct date & time. Wow they really make sure it gets to you in good condition. Alpine Fries taste fantastic also tried a couple of the Artisan sausage rolls, such a tasty lush sausage roll. Everything I ordered I received, in fantastic condition Thank you so very much to everyone at Donald Russell, I can't wait to place my next order.
