I used their site to request a prescription, expecting it to provide a place to enter comments about dosage. In good faith. Unexpectedly, the sale posted but did not provide a place to provide the comments (or at least it was not readily apparent), I immediately used their site to place the additional comments about prescription strength. In good faith. The site allowed me to do this. The prescription was created for an incorrect dosage. I reached out to their customer service repeatedly (approximately 1-2x/week), simply requesting a correction. When they finally responded with an answer, a month later, they said they would not correct their mistake and wanted me to pay for a new consultation. This should have been so easy for them to correct. I am dissatisfied by Dr Alexa's capabilities and even more dissatisfied by their extremely poor customer support.

Paid the 49 dollars never received treatment. Contacted by email and phone still have not gotten my refund. Scam alert.

They advertise at $39, but charge $59. This is called bait-and-switch. I contacted them vail online chat (no response),a nd called. Spoke to a woman on the phone who, based on time delay and accent, may have been not in the United States. She stated the charges were $59. Can't do business with a firm who is acting dishonorably in pricing. Not much in the way of customer interaction or support. Going to look for someone else to provide strep throat services to me.

First time was great but the second time, they never sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I’m here with strep throat and out 49 bucks. I called their customer service and the lady who is hard to understand said she’ll email the provider to resend the prescription. I waited a day and nothing. And still nothing. They’re just scamming.

I had a great experience using Doctor Alexa. This was my first go and I will definitely use again if needed. I had a prescription in hand within 5 hours. No waiting in line at a clinic. No driving to the clinic. Simple process with needed results.

Excellent, prompt, and courteous service for minor medical issues. This is my go to site! I love Dr. Alexa.

1st experience was fine, but after that I tried getting a refill, was charged $80 and fill out a form, ok no biggy. But after 3 days of back and forth emails and them saying to pay them again and fill out a different form because the 1st was wrong, looking at the form its the same!!! I even sent an attachment of a screen shot showing I"ve already paid. They are Morons

They say 1 o 4 hours to get your prescription. After filling out the consent form multiple times (4). I have still not gotten any notice after many hours. This was an emergency. Now I will file a charge back with my credit card company. Would not recommend.

Complete and utter scam. You will not get a prescription, email, or receipt of any kind. Customer service is to a Texas number with a “customer service person” who has very poor English. Do not trust this company

I have used this service a few times. I like that I don’t have to go anywhere and do a face to face. I have gum problems and don’t have insurance. This is a temporary fix but definitely cheaper than walking into dentist office and being charged ridiculous prices for a antibiotic. I appreciate your help.

Dr Alexa is awesome! Saved me a trip to the ER. Very easy to use, sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy very quickly. I would highly recommend this service. Thank you Dr Alexa.

Had a real bad tooth infection on a Friday evening and it was $500 for me to go to emergency. Filled out the paper work on line and in two hours they had called in the antibiotics I needed. I found out yesterday that my dentist said he would not have been able to pull the teeth at that time due to the infection, because it changes the PH in your body and makes the numbing meds ineffective. Since I got on the antibiotics so quickly he was able to pull the tooth at that time. Thank-you Dr Alexa you made that bad situation the best it possibly could have been.

Honestly I was skeptical at first because there are thousands of websites like these, some of them be a rip off but I Googled them and read their reviews here and it gave me a piece of mind. I booked a consultation, filled out the form and made my payment, 2 hours later they sent my prescription to my local pharmacy! and they even gave me a better and more manageable dosage + a little explanation and notes about the medication and dosage.

They are supposed to get back in 1-4 hours. It has been longer than that and when I call customer service the girl who I talked to couldn't speak good english. She also seemed like she did not care at all about being helpful. Avoid these morons.

They are not real doctors. I had a sinus infection and asked for a steroid because I get these all the time and know what works best. After talking with them they stated they were not allowed to send over steroids AFTER they sent over a pain medication. Which if you didn’t know, the second they send over a prescription you have to pay for it. I have tried to reach out and they are now ignoring me. I’m very frustrated with this service.

Half the price of my local urgent care, just 50 bucks for a fantastic Nurse Practitioner to call in antibiotics for a very painful dental infection. The tooth in question had broken off at the gum line months ago, and I KNEW it would get infected, but I couldn't afford dental care at any point. So I lived with it. Randomly, it just went CRAZY last night. I was in no pain at lunch, but crying hysterically at dinner with 8.5/10 pain. I've been here before so I knew I needed antibiotics before getting the sucker pulled out. So I sent a photo along with my request to show my NP that I was in clear distress. I didn't get any requests for more information or a call or an email, the NP simply called an antibiotic in for me at my requested pharmacy. It was SO fast. Maybe two hours, tops.

I haven’t received my prescription yet! After the fact that they took my money … and the pharmacy saying they don’t have anything on file yet ! What is the problem? Is this a scam !!?

Super fast and inexpensive!!

I filled everything out and was charged 100$. They called at FIVE AM due to the time difference. I tried to talk to them through email, no reply, and called customer service. The woman said they would call me back which they did not. Just called back customer service again and they said they would call me back today, let's hope it's been over a week with no communication.

I was a skeptic at first. I signed up, filled out the questions and within an hour had a script sent to my pharmacy. I am blown away how easy this was. I am now a believer! Thanks Dr. Alexa.
