I used doctor Alexa when I had a terrible tooth ache. It was fast and easy. I will be using Doctor Alexa again and recommend to family and friends.

I have used this service a few times and they have never let me down. Also right on time.

Quick and easy way to get my seasonal allergy meds without having to deal with the long wait times at clinics, missing work, and spending alot money for something so minor.

I’ve used doctor Alexa a couple of times now for a sinus infection and an oral infection and it’s always easy. The prescriptions come right away and everything. I’ll keep using them if I know what the issue is .it beats the dr visit bill and the wait.

I have used Dr Alexa often for chronic sinusitis and there quick about answering me and getting my antibiotics to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I will continue to use them as I am self pay and it's much cheaper than going into a walk in clinic.

I paid for my prescription refill consultation, filled out the forms, uploaded my prescriptions needing to be refilled, and then nothing. I called customer service but could absolutely not understand the reps and they kept cutting in and out. I’ve left messages and emails and nobody will answer or contact me. It has been almost 2 weeks. I’m am EXTREMELY grateful that I had meds left bc they have not filled my prescriptions. I just want my $50 back, but it is doubtful that I will. I do NOT recommend this site for prescription refills. I’m not sure how everyone else has been getting good customer service, but that is not the experience I had.

Dr. Alexa is AMAZING! We have been without insurance for a couple of months so this has been our only affordable option to health care for the time being. We will definitely continue using and recommending to all our family and friends.

I’ve used Dr. Alexa a handful of times it’s always easy and I am able to get prescriptions quickly. VS having to wait days or weeks to see the doctor I can come here answer a few questions and get meds within a couple of hours!

I’ve been using the service of Dr. Alexa for a couple years now and I’ve been very happy. For someone like me who doesn’t enjoy missing work and having to find a doctor, the online service is so convenient, quick and easy.

The easiest and best way to get my prescriptions. If you have any issues at all the doctor will immediately call you and solve your issue. Quick prescriptions and quality. I use Alexa for everything.

Let me just say this was a breeze I paid 49 bucks for the consultation and 15 bucks for my prescription. I will always use this for simple issues that require a prescription. No waiting in long lines. Easy online process. I highly recommend.

I used Alexa twice because I had an infection in my gums. My experiences with dentist showed me they would probably x-Ray my tooth and gums, give a prescription for antibiotics an a analgesic then send me home. With Alexa I was getting relief in several hours and had everything the dentist would have given me and I only had to pick up my meds. Alexa is great for my purpose and will always tell others and use again if need arises. Thanks Alexa!!

This is so easy so simple to see a doctor virtually within two hours my prescription was already called into the pharmacy will use again

I NEVER write reviews but I was blown away with my experience. I have strep; I completed my form at 8pm EST, they called it in by 9:30 PM EST and it's ready for pickup this morning at 8:30 AM EST. I will never go to another minute clinic again! I have always hated waiting for appointments/tests when I know what's wrong.. i.e. strep, UTI, etc. so this changes the game for me. If you are doubting it based on some of the one-star reviews, DON'T. I will be using them moving forward and highly recommending them to everyone! Thank you Doctor Alexa!!

A friend told me about this service, I was ready to pay $250 for a dr visit plus extra $$ for prescription. Got my prescription for UTI within less than 2 hours for $49 for the service/$28 for prescription. Extremely grateful 🙏

I signed up to get a prescription filled, this rx is not for pain management issues, but they rejected me, said they can't help because they don't do pain management. I'm assuming it was a chatbot or AI or some sort and not a human.
