I had a great experience. I needed a RX for a bv infection and they reviewed my information and they sent the RX to my pharmacy right away. I paid $50 for the service and was well worth it! Didn't have to spend $$$$ at my doctors office and $$$$ on lab work for something that I have had off and on over the years and know exactly what it is! Thank you for this service! Will use again

Please don't trust the within the four hour . I contacted Dr Alexa because of a sinus infection that needed antibiotics. I put in the request at 8:30 p.m. and the plan was to go to the 24-hour pharmacy and get the antibiotic in my system overnight. The doctor did not respond until 3:48 a.m., over 7 hours later! I put in the complaint and there is no recourse. Why bother putting in within 4 hours if that is not held to? Any other tele service doctor I have used in the past has responded within 30 minutes. I will avoid doctor Alexa in the future.

Its a scam. No service provided after paying. Please check the Better Business Bureau website. They are revoked

Very happy with the service. I sent my request on Friday after their working hours, got response with my meds prescription on Saturday morning,picked them up and started taking meds on Saturday. Thankful girl over here 😃 I know I paid for it but still thankful because it saved a lot of my time.

This site was such a relief. When I came down with strep I was able to get a prescription from them hours before my primary care doctor even opened, as they are located in Central time and I on Pacific. I had a tooth infection, I was in desperate need of antibiotics, it was 2am on a Saturday night. I found doctor alexa on the internet and was a bit skeptical, but also desperate. By 8am I was at the pharmacy picking up antibiotics. The process was seamless. No issues with them or the pharmacy and everything they promised, they delivered.

24 hours after paying, no consult and reply from Customer service. Awful, I ran out of medication today-luckily I found another service to help me. Run from this company. Its cheap for a reason.

I asked for a prescription for one month due to starting a new job due and a physical scheduled for next month. I paid for the consultation and received a reply asking for 100.00 more. I am going to get all my friends to reply to the reviews when all I asked for was a month's supply of blood pressure medication.

100% legit! Rx meds for periodontal infection (amoxicillin, metronidazole and chlorhexidine)were sent to my pharmacy within two hours of submitting consult request. Amazing! The $39 fee is so worth it, considering the hassle one can avoid. The folks who gave one-star reviews must be the competition planting false wires. lol -Wil

If you are skeptical, I don't blame you. I was too, but this service is 100% legit. If you are sure you have an abscess in your mouth, use this service. $39 is a lot cheaper than having to wait for a dentist appointment, getting xrays, just for them to tell you about something you already know you have. That can cost hundreds of dollars. I filled out a form, and got the antibiotics and painkillers I needed within one day and didn't have to prove myself to a doctor. Completely worth the money. Would use this service again!

Like most people who have written reviews, I was skeptical about an online alternative - Doctor Alexa. But it was the best choice I ever made. I had a highly infected broken tooth and my Dentist (whom I have now changed) said there was nothing but Ibuprofen. After reading the reviews about Doctor Alexa - where so many have had similar tooth issues - I decided to try it. Two hours later I had a prescription for Augmentin - which began the healing process! Super impressed with the service and their software/UI - very easy to use! Thanks Doctor Alexa!

I haven’t slept much for 2 nights due to pain stemming from a broken tooth. So I googled online “Telehealth” doctors and chose doctor Alexa since they were the cheapest. I submitted my payment and antibiotics request at 1:20 am and had a completed treatment plan by 6:15 am!! I didn’t look for reviews until after I had spent $39, and was admittedly very nervous because of the handful of reviews I read that claimed doctor Alexa was a scam. However I had ZERO issues and was VERY pleased with their services. I have used a different “Telehealth” online provider in the past, which required me to stay by my phone and text back and forth with the provider once they were available. That is NOT the case with doctor Alexa; I had to simply fill out the form with my information, provide my symptoms, verify I had no allergies and about 5 hours later, my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. The only downfall to using doctor Alexa is there is no easy way to get in contact with the healthcare provider if you have follow up questions or concerns (the texting portal was open for 7 days to communicate with health care provider with the other online service I’ve used). I’d highly recommend this service! Super easy and straightforward!

I was leery of using this app but I was in pain with a tooth abscess, on a Saturday with no dentist available. I filled out the required information, asked for an antibiotic, took two aspirin and laid down for an hour. When I woke my prescription was waiting at the pharmacy. Feeling a bit better today and appreciated the service.

Do not use! Cannot get a returned call. Cannot get money back. Usually cannot get through on their customer service line and leave messages that are never returned. Still waiting to hear anything. Such a waste of time calimg them. Just want money back.

Had an abscess pop up last night and was looking for telemedicine and found this one. Was a little skeptical but having dealt with long term dental issues I just knew I needed antibiotics so I decided to try. Filled everything out around 10pm and within an hour had an approval and a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Just went this am and picked it up and it’s exactly what I needed. Easy peasy and I even had a special request for liquid instead of pills and they took care of that too.

TOTAL SCAM. Ran my card and never received services, confirmation call, callback, and phone number they list is bogus. No one ever answers. The address they list is actually an empty lot in Texas. I have friends that live there.

NOT A SCAM I PROMISE, Seriously use them, ESPECIALLY if you don't have insurance, I paid $39 filled out all forms had my prescription sent to my pharmacy in 10 minutes, I HAVE A BAD,BAD GUM INFECTION, my face was swelling by the minute, I couldn't wait 2 days to get into my doctor, They are wonderful, I'm telling all my family & friends about them, THANK YOU DR. Not a scam . This online site really helped me out when I was in need of antibiotics for a toothache. I filled out the info and paid the $39 and within one hour I received a email stating what type of medicine was prescribed and to call my pharmacy in 30 mins for pick up . I called my pharmacy in 30 and my prescription was ready ! After two days of taking medicine already feel better ! Will follow up with dentist when infection is gone . I completely recommend this site . Just follow the step and don’t be hesitant to pay if they can’t treat your conditions they will refund you your money back !
