I always have a good experience! They always prescribe just what I need in a timely manner!! Always my first go to in an emergency or if I can’t make it to my provider in time! Would recommend

I hate in- person doctor visits, especially when it it for common ailments. I will use this option whenever possible.

The only part that wasn’t a good experience was that the doctors that calls you, do not have caller ID set up where it eleicits they’re from or a part of Dr Alexa. So you’ll get a Texas number with no ID and not get a VM. So you have no idea who is calling or a message. Dr Alexa people, please use a VOIP system like Mitel/Micolab that lets you use a “soft phone” number that lets your Drs mask their own number and call out through a Dr Alexa number that has called ID enabled. So we the clients and patients, know is calling is. That’s the one thing you need to get down.

I’ve been using Dr Alexa for over a year ! They always help Me when I can not get in to see my primary! Fast easy and inexpensive! Thank you Dr Alexa!

My experience was excellent...it required proof & verification of me and they discuss my issue with me and made a decision quick & fast. This was my third time using Doctor Alexa & I have plans to continue using this service in the future...thanks Doctor Alexa!

Big scam. I got charged and never got an email. I called “customer service” - which seems to be the same woman instructed to the sat the same thing over and over “I’ll contact the physician” or “we will get back to you by the end of business day” I asked for a refund and didn’t get it either. Definitely contacting BBB about this fraud

I had a very bad toothache Friday and my dentist office was closed over the weekend. I used Dr. Alexa Friday night and my prescription was ready the next morning at my pharmacy. What an amazing idea. Some people don't want to go to the dentist just to get antibiotics until they can afford treatment. Saved me alot of time and was so convenient. Thank you guys 😊

Its so nice to get simple medications withput having to sit and sit and sit at the drs office.. they make ot simple, inexpensive and convenient and in this day or age it is very appreciated

No problems with this service, I have used this service Multiple times and each time has been easy and great. I have never had any delays or complications.

They have been a life saver for me on a limited budget with chronic dental issues. I have followed up with a dentist 50% of the time post treatment, but the work required to fix my issues is extensive and insurance covers little with a high deductible and I spent so much only to have crowns break, implants fail, etc. I can’t take on addition employment opps because I care for a parent with AMD and Cognitive decline. I’ve used them four times for dental infections but today was advised they can no longer be a bridge of support for issues that will only worsen without proper dental care. I get that. But fiscally I can’t address that or even consider doing more than keeping infections at bay with the responsibilities I bear. Believe me I’m so greatful I’ve had Dr Alexa or I’d likely been hospitalized if I couldn’t slow the deterioration and keep my job which allows me to care for my parent and ensure her needs aren’t neglected. I will continue to do whatever I can as long as I have that responsibility. When she has passed I can finally look towards my own needs. I have not been denied future care but it seems imminent although I tried to be as truthful and upfront about my predicament and intentions as possible. I don’t know where I can go if further problems arise and my situation more critical. I’m not eligible for gov assistance and have always paid out of pocket. If there are other resources I’ve requested advice or addition options to be shared from the physician who has followed up on my requests this far. This site isn’t a scam, the pharmacies don’t seem to be skeptical using and/or accepting prescription orders via this online service. Like I said, they have been a relief and great help to in these uncertain times.

I love the fact the I can get do a simple over the computer conversation with NP and they can get a prescription to my pharmacy within a short amount of time. Sure beats trying to get an appt or sitting in an urgent care for hours. Thank you for this service.

I have used Dr Alexa 7-8 times. I have been having problems with gum infections and I have no dental insurance so it makes it hard to get expensive work done. Dr. Alexa is easy to use and they respond quickly and send in your Rx. The reason I give a 4 star and not a 5 is because the last couple of times they only prescribed me 5 days of antibiotics and the infection was not completely gone so I had to pay again to get the other 5 days I needed. Also Im disappointed they advertise 39.99 for the fee but have actually raised the fee to 49.99. Which I had to pay twice the last couple of times in order to get enough antibiotics to get rid of the infection. The pharmacist said 7-10 days is the usual amount antibiotics are given for. But all in all Dr Alexa has been a lifesaver when I have been in a lot of pain and couldn't see the dentist.

The combination or help and safety really does define Dr. Alexa. The quick response is what makes the service so effective. I cannot praise this Dr. Alexa service enough. It takes the anxiety out of getting medical help, and that is priceless.
