I am currently without insurance while my husband switches jobs and I was suffering from a bad tooth ache and infection .Dr Alexa has been a lifesaver .They called me two times to make sure that what they were prescribing me was the right thing .Very nice and helpful people and they had my prescription for antibiotics sent right over .I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again !

They called in a script to a random pharmacy. I clearly put in my pharmacy, it was even printed by THEM on receipt. When I emailed them, the response was "that is our default pharmacy". Um.. why did I fill in my pharmacy info then? Their default pharmacy is in a whole different state.....Come on! I did get a refund after days of them saying "we have called it in again", when I asked them to verify pharmacy I got no response. USE CallOnDoc, they never get it wrong. I should have not tried somewhere new.

I have used Dr Alexa several times. Each time I got sick during the night or over the weekend when my local doctor's office was closed. Dr Alexa was a life saver. I did not have to go to an emergency center where I could contract COVID. Instead I filled out the on line form and with in an hour I received a treatment plan and my prescription was called into the pharmacy. The cost was extremely reasonable, but most import is that I was able to get help so quickly without having to leave the house. If I were able rate more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for being there. You have a wonderful service

It was super easy I am uninsured and had a tooth infection so bad I thought I was done for I found this website and took a risk and am glad I did within an hour I had my antibiotic and ibuprofen and within couple days I was back to living again. I couldn't say it enough how much I appreciate thier service it may have literally just saved my life.make sure the pharmacy you pick is easy to get ahold of and the information you provide for them is correct.

A complete and total scam. I payed $50 for a consultation in order to get a prescription. I was recommended what to take, but given no real prescription. No one asked for my pharmacy information, no one got back to me or picked up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It's a total scam. You WILL NOT get your prescription!

Due to our local urgent care locations being converted to Covid testing sites. My primary care doctor being booked for weeks I was unable to be be seen locally in a timely manner. I used the DrAlexa site out of pure desperation and was more than skeptical that it was legit. Happy to report that about 2-3hrs after I summited my symptoms and payment I got a text notification from my pharmacy saying a prescription was being filled. Such a blessing in these crazy times to have another medical option when needed. Especially not having to go out and expose yourself in a busy waiting room setting. Read some reviews that said they waited for days but luckily I didn’t have that experience. From my experience I’d highly recommend for quick convenience and non emergency health concerns.

Basically the online automatic form on their website will take care of your diagnoses and PAYMENT in less than 5 minutes. But for the next 5 days you will have to run after them for a response on why your medication order never made it to the pharmacy...and of course during that time NO BODY will ever answer calls or emails for any update, or any refund. Finally I had to DISPUTE the charge the my credit card company and went to a local urgent care. DrAlexa concept is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. and obviously I found out the hard way!

I absolutely adore my Doctor. She is smart, I am a recovering addict with 20 years of drug abuse. Thank Goodness she was able to give me an approach that was way more effective and it has made such a positive affect in my life, family, job, and all over happiness and self worth. Thank you for giving me hope!!!!

I needed some prescription right before Christmas and could not get an appointment with my doctor till after the holidays. I am glad i saw this service. it did take a little longer than expected, about an hour to get seen but otherwise was a very pleasant experience

First off I want to say everyone that is saying this site is a scam unfortunately was just having some site or pymt issues because it is not! At first I was a bit skeptical bc after I made my pymt I called and a lady placed me on hold due to her system freezing up however she never got back on the phone and I end up having to call back and it was just going to voicemail HOWEVER she did call me back. Have patience with them. They’re not a scam just need a better system to use. I got my meds and I thank you guys so much for being available, convenient.

•UPDATE• They finally got back to me without explaining why they took so long and no apology; just confirmed they filled my prescription, and everything is complete. Not good for business. Communication is key. They should probably change their noted turnaround time. We’ll see how this prescription part goes. I'll definitely update if anything else goes wrong. I'm suffering from painful sinus pressure and headaches. I saw that Dr. Akexa does not require insurance and only charges $40. After setting up an online profile and them quickly charging my card, I was notified that someone would contact me within 2 hours. After no contact from them, I made several attempts to reach someone there via phone, chat, and email and was not successful. The reviews I read before signing up were all great, but no contact made me nervous and anxious, mainly because they ask that you upload a photo ID. I then came across several reviews that said they had the same experience and this place is a scam. I don't feel well, and this just makes it worse! Horrible experience!! They need to be taken out if they truly are a scam! I need my money back and have already submitted my request. We’ll see how that goes.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I entered all necessary information, and when it came to pay, entered my credit card info to which I received a pop-up letting me know my payment did not process and to adjust the missing fields. I entered the card information once more before giving up. Never received service. Later, I went on my account and my card was charged FOUR TIMES for the service I never received. I then messaged, to which I received response saying no one is available to help. Whether it is a scam or a poorly managed healthcare service, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this.

So I set up an account followed all the steps and they charged my card but rendered no service, I called back several times during business hours only to get a voicemail. This is a scam do not use, you pay for what you get, they are cheap but totally rip you off. Go get a real prescription.

Doctor Alexa was quick to address my concerns, and my medicine was ready at my pharmacy quickly! I will definitely use Doctor Alexa in the future for me and my family.

Between Dr's right now because of insurance problems. First time using Dr Alexa was okay no problems. Even a refill or 2 after that. Tried to get a refill for metformin for 3 months about 1 1/2 months ago. They did the blood work 1 1/2 months ago for a 3 month refill. Gave me 1 month of medicine. Still haven't heard results of blood work and I've called several times. Needless to say a diabetic not on their medicine is not a good thing. I wouldn't recommend right now. Pharmacy has also tried to call. Looking for better insurance and a Dr.

Took my money and disappeared. A scam, will not use again. Avoid at all costs.

I previously used another online service and received a prescription for a full years worth of birth control. This service will ONLY provide you with a month(28days)prescription and you have to resubmit a request and pay their fee every month! In my opinion they should let you know this upfront. I have never received just a 1 month prescription for BC before, it’s unheard of! Waste of time and money. Wish I could remember the service I previously used a year ago. Other than that, the application was pretty easy to submit, they took a few hours longer than they said they would to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Wouldn’t use this service again.
