This business is a total scam. Ran my credit card, I received no confirmation and no follow up as to how to proceed. Spoke with 4 customer service people who were basically working out of a kitchen with screaming kids. I have reported to BBB, Texas attorney General and will keep applying pressure. Fraudulent, do not use.
I was desperate when I went on line and found Dr Alexa, I had a very bad infection in my jaw from a tooth and was in excruciating pain. It happened over the weekend so I couldn't get to a dentist. So I filled out the form. And honestly within 10 minutes later my pharmacy called me and told me I had two prescriptions for pickup. One for antibiotics and one ibuprofen for pain. I was gobsmacked. Holy sh**. I have HMO insurance, but I couldn’t get any treatment for a painful dental abscess I have been suffering with. I literally emailed my doctor just begging for a simple antibiotic prescription, but could not get any care. I found Dr Alexa through a Google search, submitted a quick questionnaire and within an hour I got a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Not expensive either. What an amazing website! Thank you!
This was amazing. It is so hard to get in to see a doctor for these medications, usually primary doctors don't feel comfortable writing them and it is months to see a psychiatrist, and I sent the evaluation in and the doctor called me back and we had a conversation via phone, this is truly a blessing and a resource for those who can't be seen right away. And very wisely he wants to see me again in 2 weeks to reevaluate. I just am so grateful for a resource like this.
I recently had a bad toothache did intake with these people and no one ever called me and I was in pain tried to call customer service no answer but yet charged my card I had to call another service which took care of me asap so call dr alexa to get refund getting the run around if you make a mistake be honest as a company and correct it i wont use them again and im gonna dispute them with my credit card company because who knows how many people they take 39$ from please run dont walk from this company
